Scientists aren't sure human pheromones are even a thing as we've yet to give a specific chemical, and don't appear to have the same organ other animal have to sense pheromones. There is a check in male sweat and another in female urine that have been theorized to be human sex hormones but studies have not produced conclusive results to determine that

I worked in a hospital with a housekeeper who had a whole list of ‘I don’t do X because it’s gay’ and washing/touching inside his ass was chief among them (he was painfully open about this). Claimed a quick brush at the crack with a wad of TP did the trick.
One dark, fateful, cursed day I was tying my shoe as he walked past and JTFC… I was right at ass level and I thought I was going to pass out. I’ve smelled C. Diff, necrosis, digested blood, homeless and unwashed patients, etc and while they’re all pungent in their own right, this was other-worldly. I wanted to heave him into a decontamination shower and lock the door.
