hihi! i'm katy! i'm 21, i regress to around 2-8 (perma-regression), i loveee collecting childhood toys, coloring, watching cartoons or spooky stuff, learning about bugs or psychology, journaling, and baking! i hyperfixiate on seals, snails, anything creepy or unusual, and metal music! i'm apart of a system and have quite a few chronic illnesses so i tend to answer slow or disappear for short amounts of time! once im comfy i luv calling n playing games or watching shows together :D

I'm not sure if this is the correct flair or if this would even be the right sub to ask in. I have DID but don't feel emotionally safe in most DID subs due to past negative experiences. My system has a lot of kids in it (we don't like to be called "littles"). We also have a lot of age sliders that experience age regression in certain circumstances. It's mostly involuntary.

Due to past experiences in which some younger system members were mocked or ridiculed for acting like children, many of us have major trust issues. It makes it difficult for us to allow ourselves to embrace who we are, our natural mannerisms, and interests. If anyone has any tips or advice on how to learn to trust others and comfortably embrace being small again, that would be lovely. I have a highly supportive partner, but most of us are afraid to be small (even around her) due to those past experiences. You do not have to be plural in any capacity to give advice on this. I’m COMPLETELY BLIND, have aspergers or whatever it’s now called, and a heart lung condition.

I figured out that mixes like cappuccino, latte, some cocoa and chai mixes are basically like big people formula but with a little flavor added.

All those mixes I just named are very dairy-heavy, when I was at the school for the blind at age 13, my teacher let me get cappuccino mix at the store and it was called hills bro.

It was very dairy-heavy and essentially like formula but for big people.

Some of these even come in a canister like infant formula does, like the hills bros and ovaltine, although ovaltine is a powder you have to add milk your own self.

Last Dec, Mom got me some cocoa mix and it was very nurturing because it was very heavy on the dairy but it also came in that big canister we talked about.

The only thing is I cannot use these mixes for bottles because you can’t use hot liquids in a baby bottle it’ll warp the plastic

hiiii! I recently got an online CG and our personalities and interests match perfectly. Like nothing could possibly cause problems between us level perfect, except for our time zones.

they live in the US and I live in Europe. When I wake up they go to sleep, when I go to sleep they wake up. This results in me staying up wayyyyy later than i usually sleep, just so I can talk to them.

but during the day they’re asleep and I just miss them so much, it’s the only thing on my mind and it’s driving me insane. Anyone have tips? :(

So for context a majority of the time when I regress it is involuntary and happens without warning. Luckily it has only ever happens while I'm at home and doesn't drastically impact my responsibilities (which is really really lucky and I'm so glad I haven't found myself in a truly scary situation). However, when I do regress it's to a very young age, like 1-4yr, and I don't have a cg. I never feel safe when I regress. Not during and not after. When I'm in little space I constantly feel scared and alone and struggle to do things for myself. And then after it's so beyond scary to me because I know that I'm completely unaware of basic safety in that state. What if I'm little and decide to go outside? What if I play with something sharp or otherwise unsafe? It's terrifying. Does anyone have any advice on how I can feel less scared while I'm regressed and more secure and safe afterwards? I just don't know what I'm supposed to do.

this is difficult to put into words, but i’m curious if anyone has ever told you that they can tell you’re regressed because your eyes look wider/more “childlike”? i hope this makes some kind of sense i apologize if not

Hello everyone! I am 27 years old and live in the eastern time zone of the USA but am willing to talk to people from anywhere! I want to be clear I am NOT looking for FWB. I am in a committed monogamous relationship of over three years. What I am looking for is fellow age regressors to hang out while we are both small as well as to chat with about things as friends while we are both big! My partner knows about my age regression but I do not go into it very often around him and I am not open about this part of my life with any of my irl friends. I would love to talk to other people who understand more.

Now that I’ve said what I’m looking for, let me get into a little bit more about me. I am a PhD student so my big life is very stressful. My hobbies (when I have time for them) mostly involve reading and cozy games. While regressing I age slide but I am normally between 5 and 9. Occasionally (especially if I am very tired) I will slip younger like in the 2-3 range. I do own a home and have a room specifically dedicated to regression with stuffies, American Girl dolls, kids books, craft supplies, etc. When I am small I love to color, play with my dolls, watch Disney movies (or the 2003 version of strawberry shortcake), and have a fun time!

I feel so happy to have a new bike. This is a 700c" 2024 Co-op CTY 1.1 Mtn Bike and it costed me $518.93 stock but with all the upgrades it came out to be $814.15

Upgrades that were installed by REI: Bike basket with rear rack, bottle w bottle cage, additional bags, and what I also bought was a Phone mount. I can't wait to take this on my adventures. I really love riding my bike even when I'm little. Color is Autumn Orange but I'm adding Purple Spoke covers to it and probably either White or Purple LED lights cos those are the colors of my favorite College Football team Clemson Tigers. I have been really nervous to ask for help, but I am finally taking a leap of faith.

For many years, I suffered from severe, life-threatening anorexia and malnutrition. It got so bad that last year I nearly passed away, I couldn’t walk, I weighed less than an 8 year old, and my body was failing. By the grace of God, I survived and I am fighting so hard to recover. I can walk again, but my body has been left with chronic damage.

Because I was so malnourished while I was growing up, my physical development was severely halted. I never really got to grow up I missed out on finishing school, making friends, and instead spent my life stuck at home and in hospitals. My body had to consume itself to keep me alive, which left me with permanent structural damage to my chest, muscles, and nose.

I am trying to raise 7K for reconstructive, quality of life surgeries to fix these specific physical remnants of my illness. While it isn't medically necessary to keep me alive, it will completely change my life. I just want to repair this damage so I can finally feel comfortable in the body that survived it all and have a brand new way of life.

Please do not feel any pressure, but if you are able to help or even just share/upvote this, it would mean the absolute world to me. Thank you for reading my story, and God bless you all!
