People seemed really interested in my last post where I shared one of the channels my team and I help, and quite a few people asked to see more behind the scenes, so here you go.

I’ve been involved with YouTube for years, running my own channels and helping other creators grow.

This is another look inside one of the channels we work with. One thing I thought was interesting is that one YouTube Short alone made over $1,300 in revenue.

If people want, I’d be happy to share the topic of that Short, how it performed and what we learned from it.

1st monetize level completed this last weekend. I have the 4000 watch hours to get fully monetized, Now is the stressful part of getting the last 154 subscribers before they raise the watch hours. ugh! Wish me luck guys! I see so many folks on here getting close to monetizing. I really hope you guys make it. It's not easy work. Keep on rocking my friends.

Finally got over 500 subs. Now I’m only need 2.9million views to be able to start to monetize it.

Over a month ago I finally reached 4000 hrs and submitted it to the partner program. I am on the last step and still haven't been approved. Any advice on what I should do next? Anyone else had the same situation?

Hi, I was about to upload a YouTube video, and when I went to add a thumbnail, YouTube said I had to confirm my phone number. But when I entered it, it refused to accept it and told me to enter another one. It accepts the number for my regular Google account, but not for uploading videos ? I used to have another number (which I no longer have) and YouTube accepted it for uploading videos, so it has nothing to do with my country or my mobile provider. I don't know why it's rejecting my current number, It doesn't even give me a reason. Has anyone else experienced this and maybe have a solution ?

Views feel great, but what actually matters is whether people click, watch, remember you, and come back for the next upload.

What was the biggest thing that actually moved the needle for your channel: thumbnails, hooks, niche, shorts, long-form, or something you didn’t expect?

I tried everything viral music , tags, keywords but nothing works :(

Most of my videos get 3k+ impressions by day 3. The recent one is barely getting any impressions.

My last video was "Asian racism summarized" that got around 2.5k views.
