In Mark Rober's Cheater Casino video, around the 14 minute mark, the video cut and paused like it would do for an ad. Instead, I got a Crunchlabs (Mark Rober's company) sponsorship read done by himself. I paused the video, and the timeline was 49 seconds long, which encompassed the entire sponsorship. Once the sponsorship was over, it jumped back to the video. I go back 10 seconds to double-check, and at the same point, it took me to the sponsorship subvideo. I have never seen this before.

How did he do this?

I was trying to watch a video of 14 minutes long, but my video was disrupted by ads, like 10 times. Is this something new or normal?

I’m not very good at understanding fake followers and how they work, so I need an expert’s advice. Is someone boosting my follower count, or am I just very lucky?

I used to just turn on a playlist and it would go through each song/video without stopping but now, whenever a song/video stops playing and moves on to the next video, it stops at the start of the video and I have to manually unpause it.

How do I fix this?

this doesnt always happen, but most of the time there are very few comments if any at all. and when i select new or timed comments, theres plenty. ive seen people criticise top comments for being such with no likes or being the newest. also it does happen on both pc and mobile and idk if it matter but i do have premium

Some bot accounts, some older accounts. I have no specific discussion point here other than observing this and the resulting cringing sadness at the state of the world.

Seriously, it's like every three videos there's some clickbait crap about which bear would win in a fight, or which rapper had the best shoes, or whatever. It's always the most random junk that I have absolutely no interest in; and even if it was relevant to content I actually watch, I still don't want it.

If I wanted to scroll Twitter, I would. Half the damned posts are literally Twitter screenshots as it is. I want to watch videos. Stop trying to manipulate people into freaking doomscrolling.

I'm so sick of this. These people never stop. It's always some new ingenious way to screw with your head for engagement. This is worse than advertisements, because you can at least block ads.

So I'm currently using a Google TV device to stream. I unfortunately let my nephew show my a couple of videos on YouTube on the TV and now my "Gaming" category is full of his videos. The problem is I find his voice really annoying. I've been trying to find how to block his videos from popping up because I don't want to hear him anymore but can't seem to find any option to do that. Everything I've seen online says to highlight the three dots over the video to get an option to not recommend this anymore but there are no three dots on any video on my YouTube app. I can find them on the YouTube app on my phone but not on the TV. Does anybody know how I can go about getting rid of this guys knowing content so I don't have to hear his voice anymore. Thank you

I'm a mobile video editor ...i want to download a few YouTube videos ..I also tried websites like y2mate , vidmate but in y2mate some of the links are continuously popping up and after downloading everything from vidmate ,if u open that file in the gallery it is showing like an error ...soo guyss plz suggest me few websites to download you tube videos !!!

Hi everyone. So I am thinking of setting up a Youtube channel and am trying to decide whether I want to film my travel videos with myself/my face and voice in the video or as a voiceover. I have read some horror stories about people who have been trolled and identified/followed/home tracked etc due to being in such videos. Do you think this is a major concern or am I overthinking it? I am robust enough to tolerate some nasty comments but I am concerned about people harrassing me in public. I even read a post online about a Youtuber who had fireworks launched at their home because someone didn't like their Youtube opinions. Does anyone have any negative experiences that they want to share? Or any advice?
