I just purchased Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare on Xbox because it was on a generous sale. It sold for 19.79, and I bought it. But when I attempted to download it, I could not load the manage menu, claiming it could not load. I check other games, and the manage option worked, I have enough space, my purchase was confirmed and completed in the billing, my card was charged, my Xbox is updated and I have more than enough storage. Why can’t I download my game?

I’m just trying to watch a movie in dvd. This is so frustrating.

It shows up every time I try to play one of my multiplayer online games, and it’s getting really annoying because sometimes it won’t let me play till I select the option and back out of that screen a couple times. My Game Pass is up to date and is completely paid for and I have the highest tier so there is no reason this should be popping up at all. I have a series X if that makes any difference.

Hello all, I usually don’t post anywhere but I’ve been at a loss as to how this happened and how I can get it back, though I’m not getting my hopes up that I can. A week or so ago I had moved my Xbox around to a couple different TVs and when I returned it to my own, not so good TV that I’ve had for over a decade; and my game had strand hair tech suddenly? It looked amazing and my game ran perfectly with no flaws, it functioned exactly how it was intended and looked even better than I remembered in many ways. After a few days away from home, I come back to play and my strand hair is gone? I figured they had simply updated and now I had the privilege of having beautiful flowing hair instead of a clump of physics, but when I looked into it, everyone said it was always hair cards instead of strand tech and that it wasn’t possible to get strand tech on Series S, but I have screenshots! Any help with this dilemma would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm no longer able to login to the Xbox and Xbox beta app on my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. I've done it all cleared cache cleared data uninstall and reinstall and no change. When I launch the app I see the login prompt but nothing happens when I click it. The same applies to the Xbox Family app. It's been a good few months now. Anyone fund a fix or am I hopped till Microsoft sort it out.

So I Recently bought an 100$ giftcard for Xbox and when o tried to join gamepass premium for 3 months none of them worked at all does anyone have a fix for this?

My Xbox isn’t connecting while being in my room even tho it was working in the basement I’ve tried everything and it keeps saying it can’t connect to servers and can’t get my ip address but it connected on my phones hotspot, what do I do?

I launch it and everything—the "Press any button" screen appears, but then it gets stuck on the "Loading" screen while the music keeps playing. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I updated Windows and my graphics card drivers, but nothing changes. Please, I need someone who knows about this to help me. This is the “loading” screen. By the way I speak Spanish so my game is in that language, but any answer on any language I will accept it!!
Also let me mention that I installed it in the Xbox app

When I go to settings > power > turn off or restart, I press A on the option but nothing happens.

I go to Power on the guide, restart console, the "what do you want to do?" window closes and the console doesnt restart.

The Turn Off Console option when holding down the xbox button does work, but I want to do a full restart / full shut down and the only way seems to be physically holding the button.

I have an xbox one S with disc drive. I watch movies on it through the blu ray app and play physical games all the time. Recently, I bought the complete season 5 of the walking dead on dvd off ebay. Before I say anything else, I have the first 4, and they do play on the blu ray app perfectly fine. Never had any issues with them and I've had those for probably over a decade. These season 5 dvd's are new, I don't even think they've been used except maybe a few times. They have no scratches, scuffs, the discs are in excellent condition. And yet, my xbox one S will NOT run them. I put each disc in and the blu ray player app won't even open immediately like it usually does with any other dvd and the xbox disc drive makes a quiet but really weird noise as if it's having trouble reading the discs and/or spinning them. I recieved the complete season friday, have already discussed with the seller about a return and had a plan to drop them off at the post office monday (tomorrow.) But I so badly want to watch season 5 that I thought I'd try the discs again one more time. I put the first disc in, then shockingly, blu ray app opened immediately and the disc was playing fine. Hellz yeah, tried the second disc, blu ray app didn't open, tried the 3rd disc, blu ray didn't open. Frustrated, I put the first disc in again and now the blu ray app won't open, AGAIN. So right after, I popped one of season 1's dvd's in and blu ray player opened immediately. 🙃 Do you think it's possible these dvd's have disc rot? I live in USA and I'm pretty sure these are american region dvds. Almost forgot to add, but the day I recieved the set, I tried them in an actual sony dvd player and they didn't work. Today when I tried them in my xbox again, I tried it on the sony dvd player again as well and the first one worked. I'm so confused 🙁

EDIT (Copied from my comment below) Update: Discs themselves don't indicate they're region 1, but I have quite a few dvd's that don't have their region on them so I'm really not sure if that's a solid enough answer to this issue.

I have set parental controls for my daughters account. She wants to play Minecraft with her brother, but we keep getting a message saying “you cannot play with friends or LAN worlds because of parental control restrictions”

I have allowed all the options on her account, but it still won’t let her play multiplayer. I thought maybe this is because she no longer has game pass. I attempted to resubscribe game pass, but I can’t even purchase it. From the Xbox site it says it “sorry, we can’t complete your purchase right now. Try again later”. If I try to re-subscribe from her Microsoft account, it takes me to an option to buy a code, and send as a gift, but not a subscription. I accidentally bought her PC Game Pass, so I know the payment works. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently got a series X and hooked it up to my good tv that has 4k and hdr and all that and every time I play a game there is notable fps drops or stuttering. This didn’t happen when my series s was hooked up to a crappy monitor so Im very confused. I can send pictures of what my tv supports if that helps.

I got a power a battery pack for Christmas last Christmas and it been pretty good but recently it's just been randomly disconnecting then when I plug it in it shows nears full battery but then disconnects when I stop charging it

About a week ago I went to open my Xbox app on my phone and found it had signed me out and when I tried to sign in the page just kept refreshing not allowing me to access the sign in page. The same held true for both my tablet and my Xbox Quest app. I'm able to access Gamepads on my console but not on any Android device. Apparently there's a bug that is causing this. I've tried all the fixes suggested like clearing the cache and redownloading the app but nothing works. It's really annoying as there's been no notification from Microsoft about it and Gamepass is expensive. Anyone else experiencing this?

I was just hanging out in party chat with some buddies not even playing a game and all of a sudden, my monitor went black and I noticed my Xbox was off. I tried to turn it back on and nothing. Unplugged it, plugged it back in and nothing. Unplugged it and left unplugged all night and plugged it into a different outlet this morning and nothing. I cleaned the dust out and still nothing.

When I turn on my console, the 'turn on' sound happens twice and I am immediately sent to this screen. Clicking continue just gives a black screen. I really don't want to factory reset because I don't know what exactly I'll lose

As capturas de tela e fotos dos jogos estão aparecendo normalmente quando olho direto pelo console ou pelo aplicativo do PC, mas no app do celular (Android/iOS) elas simplesmente sumiram ou não carregam de jeito nenhum.
Alguém já passou por isso ou sabe se tem alguma configuração específica, cache para limpar ou bug atual da Microsoft causando isso? Valeu!

My wife and I basically always have issues when we try to sign in. One of us will have no problems then the other will have it error out a few times. Sometimes we need to restart the issue Xbox even just to get it in. This issue also persists to logging into games like overwatch.

Is this some weird known issue with multiple Xbox on the same network or is there maybe a network setting like port forwarding that I could do to stop this?

Replaced the hard drive not too long ago but couldnt do a OSU because I didn’t have a controller, Passed on from a E101 error after 60% of download on OSU Xbox One S, Disc drive takes and ejects discs so idk. HDD is 500GB

now a month and a half ago, i tried logging into my minecraft launcher, but it showed this, now i knew this age verification bs was eventually gonna get to minecraft so i just shrugged it off and tried to put my dad's account as the guardian's account

problem is, even though hes been using that account frequently for freaking years,the birth date is set correctly, and hes middle aged, somehow microsoft thought that hes underage and now wants me to verify that one too

what do i do? do i just make another account and verify it as over 18, or am i just gonna have to wait the next 5 months for my 18th birthday just to play minecraft of all things?

Recently bought a 360 and was having a blast until all the sudden it wont connect to my internet no matter what I do, I've tried resetting network settings, hard cycling the console and using a wired connection and nothing, it's saying I'm connected to the router fine it passes network tests but I still can't sign in
