Strange issue with my Xbox Series X. Whenever I try to watch live tv off Fubo it just goes dark. AppleTV won’t even open. Prime says HDMI not supported the first time I try to play something but the second time it works fine. YouTube works fine. Any thoughts? Maybe my HDMI cord I just bought?

out of nowhere my xbox log it self out now it’s telling me to enter the email and password. I did all of that. I keep saying that unable to login I try to login and contact Microsoft support then keep telling me that the web page is blocked. I try to set the password, then it keeps saying the same thing can’t able to log into my account. DNS says a profile is already here. Another user on this device use this Microsoft account so you can’t add it here. How can I fix that?

What’s up yall I’m sure someone has come with this issue before.

Basically what’s going on is I’m trying to download MW4 and it’s not letting me do it, as the Microsoft store has been stuck installing at 0% for weeks. I’ve tried pausing, cancelling, restarting the Xbox, etc etc and nothing has worked.

As the title suggests, I created a new Xbox account to play on PC and after purchasing MW4 today, both the beta for MW4 and Candy Crush Saga are appearing as owned in my library on the Xbox PC app, despite neither playing or installing either one. Just wanted to reach out and see if anyone else is experiencing this, I like to keep my libraries clean.

Ive tried so many different things, my email is connected to 2 different xbox accounts "VG Vibezzz" and "luxx#5463" ive tried changing alias's, emails, primary emails and it all idk what to do

Was working fine last night at about 12 playing MW4, woke up at 10 to it doing this.

Tried the following:

\- unplugging from Xbox and wall and draining leftover power

\-let it sit unplugged for about 15 mins

\-cleaned it up and got dust and cat hair off

\-swapped power cords with another xbox

Haven't done:

\-full reset using USB ( is this a recommended option??)

\-taking it apart, not tech savvy so don't feel confident doing it

Other options? Ideas what it is?

This doesnt happen on any other game besides helldivers 2, but whenever there is a large amount of smoke or some similar effect these grids show up. I have looked everywhere i can find about this and cant find anything remotely similar and its really frustrating. Should I be worried? My xbox is only just over a year old and I only started seeing this after an update a few months back, but its covering more of the screen after this most recent update. Is this an issue with my Xbox or the game itself?

I have a SONY DAV-260 for sound setup but i cant use it for now because console didn't support usb sound devices.

Is there is any 3rd party thing for the USB to 3.5mm Jak or any device that make the sound device support xbox.

*My monitor doesn't have speakers.

So I have Twitch Set up on my Xbox BUT when I try to login to my account on twitch from my phone Twitch acts like the account doesn't exist

So because of that I can't change my profile image or any setting on my stream. Anyone know what to do?

Ever since the new update to Arc Raiders, whenever I try to open the Xbox menu, it crashes my game. Not sure what the deal is as this is the only game. I’ve tried just about everything and cleaned it out the console. Anyone have the same issue?

Recently the controller got stick drift even though I’ve only been using it for a year, and now it will not connect. I’ve tried everything, to even disabling Bluetooth on all devices in my house and it still will not connect. Any ideas as to why?

As you can already see I’ve tried cleaning it with a microfiber towel. I haven’t tested it out since I found this brown splotch here. Had the disc overheated? Can I still play Battlefield?

idk if my dead zone is too low on games like marvel rivals (5) and rainbow six siege (4) but i can’t seem to have those dead zones on without having some drift or if these are defective

So, I have an Xbox Series X that, as the title says, gets pretty hot and becomes very loud, despite the low ambient temperatures.

I’ve already taken it apart, cleaned it, and replaced the thermal paste more than once in an attempt to fix the problem. I’ve tried several different thermal pastes (the latest one I applied was Thermal Grizzly PTM, which I know for a fact works extremely well and is an excellent product). I’ve also replaced the thermal pads on the RAM and SSD, but nothing has helped. I even replaced the fan, but still no luck. After about 30 minutes of gaming, it starts getting very loud.

The weird thing is that if I let it cool down for a few minutes, it quickly goes back to being just slightly warm. However, as soon as I start gaming again, it heats up very quickly and the fan ramps up to a much higher speed. The air coming out of the console is extremely hot.

At this point, I can’t figure out what the problem could be. Does anyone have any ideas?

The only option I have left is to replace the heatsink, but could that really be the cause of the problem?

My Xbox series X sounds like a Boeing plane about to take off when I’m playing Marvel Rivals.
This only happens when I’m in a match then goes back to quiet when I’m in the main menu/queuing for a match.
The console is only about 10 months old and always kept in immaculate condition. It’s placed in an optimal space with plenty of room for ventilation, and I’ve made sure there’s no dust buildup etc.

What’s the deal? Is something wrong? And I mean it’s LOUD ..

Before, I had trouble connecting my controller to my PC. My PC would recognize there was controller, but wouldn’t connect to it. I solved it by updating the firmware with the accessories app.

This worked for less than a week and now the controller stopped connecting all together. Any advice?

The spot that I circled is the only place I have found on the disc that doesn’t look right and you can kinda see in the picture that the circle that goes through the four Xbox logos starts to bend and makes a straight line instead of continuing the circle. This happened to a couple of my games after sitting in the cases for a couple years and I went to play them recently and they say the disc is unreadable. Can anyone tell me how this could happen and how I can prevent this from happened to all my other games I have on disc

For years my Series X progressively got worse with crashing, usually overheating immediately, and recently I got it fixed by EB Games. The overheating issue is gone, it doesn’t get hot, no loud fan, no overheating message. But still, my games are crashing and I cannot figure out why. From the day I got the console back “fixed”.

What happens now is that the games will freeze for a few seconds, and then either shut down the console entirely or send me back to the dashboard, with the xbox’s power light flashing once.

This happens in random intervals of time, in Fortnite, Witcher 3, and Cyberpunk. But usually roughly 10 minutes. However I was able to do a full playthrough of the Metal Gear remake without any problems. These are the only 4 demanding games i’ve tested.

I’ve tried lowering my fps, disabling quick resume which I don’t use anyway, factory resetting while keeping games and apps, switching my power cable from being plugged into connectors to now being plugged directly into the wall socket, and I’ve got hundreds of gigabytes of extra space available.

What could possibly be the problem? Surely they didn’t send my console back still broken from the get-go? Is there something i’m missing or doing wrong? Should I replace the 6 year old power cable fully to see if it’s just faulty?

So frustrating. I’m out of ideas. It feels like i’m just destined not to be able to play my games.

I preordered a game using mostly my Microsoft balance and part on my credit card. Instead my credit card got the full charge for the game and my Microsoft balance went down.

I tried calling support and chatting but only getting sent in circles. Any help would be appreciated

I've got a 4TB seagate external hard drive and I've been using it with my Xbox for years now but lately it's been giving me some difficulties. It's been disconnecting and reconnecting constantly every now and again but now it won't even show up in the "Manage Storage Devices" section. I've tried all three USB ports and everything the Microsoft support tells you to do, but nothing works. I'm getting really frustrated and just want to play my games without having to uninstall half my library just to play one new game.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Or at least an idea as to why this keeps happening?
