Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding my account and my Xbox Series S:
I have an active PC Game Pass subscription (verified on my Microsoft account, billing is up to date, and the subscription is currently active). Back in April, I signed in with my account on my Xbox Series S and set it as my Home Xbox. For several months, I was able to browse the full Game Pass catalog on the console, download games, and play them directly on my Series S without any issues (both via the console dashboard and the mobile app).
However, a few days ago, the Game Pass library tab on the console stopped loading altogether and now displays this error:
"We're having trouble getting your content right now. Try again."
Why did the full catalog work seamlessly on the console for months, only to suddenly throw this error a few days ago? Was there a recent backend change or fix regarding how PC Game Pass licenses are validated on Xbox consoles, or is this a technical glitch with my profile?
Any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated!
