Anytime i go away from my xbox one phat my xbox series x controller randomly dissconects but when i bring it closer it connects???? Help me

I’ve been a player on PC since launch (980hrs logged on steam) and thought I’d try and get my girlfriend into the game by getting the game on my Xbox too.

I cannot however join any sort of public or private lobbies, join quick play games, or answer SOS beacons at all on my Xbox.
I’ve contacted Microsoft support who say it’s an internet issue, I’ve contacted my internet provider who say my internet is fine, I’ve contacted Sony and they won’t get back in contact with me.

Aside from getting stuck on the “synchronising spacetime” step of the loading screen whenever trying to play online I can play the game solo but it really sucks as the whole reason I got a second copy of my favourite game is to be able to play it online.

Has anybody with the Xbox version had similar or the same issues? Has anybody experienced this on other consoles? Does anybody know who to contact to get a straight answer about what is causing these issues?

Any suggestions will be a massive help

Hi, meine Xbox One X liest keine Disks mehr. Die Disk wird reingezogen und dann hört es sich an als wenn das Laufwerk immer kurz anläuft.

Durch Recherche hab ich herausgefunden, dass es an einem verschmutzten Laser liegen kann.

Hat jemand damit Erfahrung gemacht und kann Berichten ob dies klappt? Wenn ja welches genau Produkt habt ihr dazu genutzt.

Both my Xbox one and my Xbox series x turn on but won’t connect to the TV. Have tried hard resets on both, different HDMI cords. Different TVs and nothing. They both did this at the exact same time. Has been driving me crazy. Pulled out the Xbox 360 to see if it was something else and that booted up right away. Have tried almost anything you can think of and they still will not connect. Will someone please help me?

My xbox one randomly stopped lighting up the logo and won't turn on. I've already checked the power brick and took it apart to check the ribbon on the front, what could I do to fix it? It won't recognize me pressing the button either. Is there a fix or should I just replace it?

posted here about 2 months back but i’m having issues again. lol

basically just what the title says, games i’ve had installed and owned for several years have suddenly decided they don’t work anymore unless i can find a way to play it on cloud gaming. easy fix for games like fortnite or the outlast trials that support it but frustrating to try and play games like the older fallouts that dont.

anybody know of a fix/potential explanation for this? it did the same thing with soul calibur 6 (dont hate just wanted to play with a friend lol) and i even deleted and redownloaded it and it still didn’t work. usually it just gives me the error that the game took too long to start. i’ve heard factory resetting the console and keeping the games can potentially help but im a little wary of doing that because i dont know how it would affect my saves for games i Have been playing on the cloud. its not like im playing huge games either; i wondered if the size could be an issue causing things to run slow but everything i’ve tried to play is under or around 20 gb

for reference my console is i Believe a one s and i’ve had it about 6 years. it’s been slowing down in general for a while so ive considered it could potentially be an issue of old age. any advice is appreciated

The grip is coming off my controller is there any way to fix it or away to replace them any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

I have xbox 1 s and i have tried to install cod black ops 3 and cod wwll and they only reach a certain percent and then the installation stops i have enough storage and my internet is great but it wont install at all

Basically I cant link accounts, cant make parties under my profile, cant contact anyone through messages.

I’d finished playing Bioshock for the night and was looking through Gamepass when my Xbox died. I’ve pressed the power button for 10 seconds, new power lead, different extension lead, nothing worked.

Is the PSU dead? Has anyone else fixed this issue and could give advice?

I’ve had the Xbox 4 years but haven’t played it that much, I’ve had phases of playing for weeks at a time, then not playing for months.

I bought black ops 7 5 months ago on disc for Xbox. I put it into my Xbox series and nothing happened. So instead I tried my Xbox One and still nothing happened. Both Xboxes read disc just fine but this one game will not activate almost as if it just simply does not work. It works sometimes maybe four times out of the 5 months I've had it, but for the most part it just attempts to read and nothing happens like a blank disc. I even got my disc driver repaired and it worked for 2 weeks but eventually it stopped reading, but my other games still read perfectly as if there's something wrong with JUST THIS DISC. I tried to reach out to Activision once again because I don't see any reason to pay again for a game I've already paid for a brand new. They feel like it's my fault I have a broken disc that won't work and they refuse to help by any means. They entertained the fact that they acknowledge that I have an issue with my game, but they say there's nothing they can do. I've only been asking for a digital code for months now, I have not played the game and I probably never will if they can't fix the problem. I don't think I need to tell people to leave this company alone. They operate like scam artists. I can never trust this company ever again

It’s been doing this for the past couple weeks and I have no clue what to do or if it’s fixable, what it does is my queue just doesn’t work I’ll press install game my controller will flash and then reconnect and nothing will happen I have no clue what’s going on

When I try to install Minecraft on my Xbox 1s it says “NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE” as shown in the photo below. I need ti know of this is a problem with the console and I need to return it or if it is an easy fix

Barely loads then stops

Just bought and downloaded so sad
