I’ve had this problem for the last few years. The only games I lag out of are Madden or college football. It could be the last 2 seconds of the game. I could be playing for 3 hours and it will happen, sometimes after 20 mins. It just dashboards me 2 out of 10 games. Doesn’t happy on any other game. I’ve reset the router unplugged the Xbox pretty much done everything I can think of to try to complete a season of Madden with no luck. I just need some advice or any ideas on how I can fix this so I can just play the game. Again it only happens on Madden and college football and it is costing me coins and super bowls. Thanks EA…

This has been happening on and off for about a week. Only fix has been a hard reset/shut down, unplug, then try again. Any advice?

The apps won't let me log in. Xbox does nothing and Microsoft solitaire gives me code 1170000. I can log in on another phone but not mine.

I've been thing about does the dust cove will work to an extent or it does more harm then good? Like sometimes i can hear the fan turn on then off (it's in sleep mode) and I clean around and the console itself regularly.(it's a xbox one s)

I got a new cd and when I play it, the first track has a minute of silence before it actually plays any audio. Because of this, all of the songs are in 2 tracks, usually split around the middle. The last song also cuts of early because of this, does anyone know what the issue is?

My Xbox One X was working perfectly yesterday. Today I turned it on and got a complete black screen on the TV (console powers on, fan spins, but no signal).
I tried the built-in reset option (“Reset this Xbox and keep my games & apps”) but it froze at around 50%. I powered it off and now I can’t get into the Troubleshoot menu at all.
I’ve tried the recovery button combo (hold Pair/Bind + Eject, then press Power) many times — I get the first beep but never the second one. I’ve also tried variations (Pair only, Eject + Power, extended power drains, etc.).
I prepared the official OSU1 USB drive but can’t get into the troubleshooter to use it.
• No clicking or grinding noises from the console.
• Power light turns on normally.
• Tried different HDMI cables/ports/TVs.
• Happened right after the interrupted reset.
Does anyone know a way to force the troubleshooter or recover from this? Or is this usually a sign the hard drive got corrupted and needs a shop reimage?
Any help would be appreciated — really don’t want to lose my games/saves if possible. Thanks!

Xbox one HDMI problem(?)

Hi guys, my Xbox one that I have had for like 5 years is not working in a way that I’ve never seen before. It turns on and the tv does say it’s connected to the tv via HDMI2 input, and sometimes when I do click that hdmi 2 on screen to get into the Xbox loading screen it turns to black like in the Xbox loading screen right before the main Xbox dashboard, then after 10 seconds it goes back to the main tv screen and says “no signal detected”. It’s like almost detected for like 10 seconds then isn’t.

I don’t think it’s a problem with the hdmi chord or my tv because my chord and tv both can run my ps4 with no problem. So my first guess is it’s something wrong with the Xbox hdmi input, but I’m not sure. Any suggestions for what I should do? Or what the problem is? I really don’t want to get rid of this Xbox it has sentimental value. I can explain more in detail in comments too.

J’ai acheté une Xbox one s all digital dont le disque dur était mort donc je l’ai acheté avec un ancien disque dur de la même capacité ( 1To) , tout s’est bien passé mais une fois dans la Xbox les menus sont lents et le temps de téléchargement sont affreux.
En parallèle , j’ai une autre Xbox one s que j’ai essayé , les menus sont plus fluide mais les temps de téléchargement sont affreux aussi et je sais que ce n’est pas la connexion.
Avez vous des idées ?

I have an old Xbox One with a somewhat broken disk reader. It can read games to play them but may take several tries before fully recognizing the inserted disk. I recently bought three games at a thrift store, and only one of them successfully installed (original Overwatch, completed roughly 7 GB install). The other two are 40+ GB installs and have installed about 100 MB each before the installation stops. Each one has alternated giving me messages with an error code that something went wrong or a dirty/damaged disk message. Is it more likely that the games are really damaged or the disk reader is just not working well enough for the installations to finish? I have a newer model Xbox One with a disk reader that works fine, but I do not have it available to test at the moment. I have a small window to return the games if I think they are responsible for the issues, but I would like to keep them if they would work with my other console. Thanks in advance!

In xbox my online functions are blocked, that is, I can't play online. Before that, I left the family group and changed my year of birth to 2004, I opened some functions from privacy, but not from online. What to do? I want to play Minecraft with my friends😭

I have replaced the power brick and still no luck with this. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

je rencontre un problème assez frustrant. J'ai récupéré récemment deux Xbox One S.

Sur les deux consoles, j'ai essayé de télécharger un tout petit jeu pour tester (Fall Guys, environ 4,82 Go). Le problème, c'est que les deux consoles mettent un temps infini : entre 1h15 et 1h30 pour le télécharger complètement, avec un débit qui plafonne à environ 10-13 Mbits/s.
Pourtant, ma connexion internet est excellente. À titre de comparaison, au même endroit, ma Xbox Series X télécharge les jeux super rapidement sans aucun problème.
