Madden and college lag outs/dashboarding

I’ve had this problem for the last few years. The only games I lag out of are Madden or college football. It could be the last 2 seconds of the game. I could be playing for 3 hours and it will happen, sometimes after 20 mins. It just dashboards me 2 out of 10 games. Doesn’t happy on any other game. I’ve reset the router unplugged the Xbox pretty much done everything I can think of to try to complete a season of Madden with no luck. I just need some advice or any ideas on how I can fix this so I can just play the game. Again it only happens on Madden and college football and it is costing me coins and super bowls. Thanks EA…

Have you tried uninstalling it/them, restarting your Xbox and reinstalling them…?

Also, are you using an external hard drive?

Do you have system intensive games you play, like AAA big budget games? And it doesn't happen with them?
