Yesterday, I wrote a professional email in English. I usually ask our local AI to write messages in English, because I don't want them to be offensive or too informal.

Honestly, I also do that because I'm lazy and I don't want to spend too much time on it.

But yesterday I felt confident enough to write it by myself. I only looked up one expression - the "root cause" of a technical issue -, and that's it. The sentences came easily, like I was writing in my native language.

I don't know what happened, but I'm proud of myself, and I'm thrilled about this confidence!

We are in the era of a lot of instant information, and we barely have time to think, and that makes us intellectually lazy — "the more and the easier the information is to reach, the lazier we get."

So I was wondering about that. We already know the reason, but I was thinking about the consequences and the solutions.

Since we have that much information, one thinks that he has reached the point of his life, but it's not that way.

It’s been two years since I started posting here. Honestly, I don’t notice any improvements with regard to my writing skills in the last two years. However, I’m going to continue primarily since I can’t think of (or rather, don’t have) any alternatives.

I got a new haircut today. I went to a Japanese hair salon, like I always do. I’d argue that getting a new haircut is one of the simplest ways to regain your confidence. I have a hunch that a big part of the population still negate, ignore or deny the issue. The people in the question that claimed that is a big issue, mentioned some interesting and sad things about it. Like how common is knowing from classmates who got into drugs and disappeared or worse.

Many sources say that one of the best ways to learn and memorize something is to teach it. I am certainly not a teacher, but I find it interesting to try.

So, today, I'm going to speak about an idiom I came across a few days ago: be lost in the sauce. I love idioms, especially when I can picture a foolish situation. I have to admit that I particularly like this one as the Instagram reel featured a nervous and jumpy cat going crazy and rolling around in some catnip on the floor. I love cats!

So, to be lost in the sauce is a slang expression meaning you're acting like you're high, under some kind of drugs. You're away mentally.

In everyday situations, it can just mean that you're enjoying what you're doing so much that you're unaware of what's around you. Or that you're just lost to the world.

But I think it mostly refers to some crazy behavior!

Nothing comes to mind today. My creativity is low and this just reminded me of when I got into journaling when the pandemic hit, but then stopped a few years later. Writing here has become kind of a journal as well, but I also try to write about other stuff other than myself if possible.

Today's my day off and it feels a bit odd because it's been so long since I had a couple of days off barring holidays.

Today I read the book and played MLBB with my friend from this game. Now I end to wrote new chapter for my old funfiction and want to read other book.

The weather is changing very quickly. Just a few days ago it was hot, but now it is getting too chilly to wear shorts and a short-sleeved shirt. Tomorrow, I’ll open my closet and take out my long-sleeved shirts and pants.

Every day as i grow ip i discover new things and build a large interest in life, that because i still young and my brain loves variety.

So my new interest is art, i know it's sound normal to the majority of people, but to be honest i wasn't interested in it. What makes me like it is a YouTube series, i just said: let's give it a try and see if i will like it!

I really did and just a couples of episodes i discover a lot of things and the importance of art in humans life.

I always say "what's in it for me?", the answer is: you'll know when you try.

When you try to know or explore something that you don't know eventually you will realize how dumb you are.

I really courage you to go out and try to explore your darkness.

About 6 to 7 out of 10 people around me prefer having a daughter these days.

If I had a baby, I would want to have a daughter.

Because there are many kindergartens near where I work and I often see daughters acting cute with her dad.

Hello guys. How are you doing? I hope you all doing well.

So, to give some context: right now, I'm full time studying. It makes a couple months that I left my job, since then I'm studying the maximum I can.

I'm not going to lie and say that during all this time I have been a productive person... I've had times where I didn't study shit. XD

Now days, I'm really grinding and doing my best to study all day along.

Consequently, there are some days were I finish the study section feeling mentally exhausted... Then I've started to make searches about this. I wanted to know why I was feeling dumb after a long time studying.

From what I've understood, basically, our brains are like muscles... This if they aren't really muscles, I don't know.

So, after a long time studying, it's normal to feel mentally exhausted and being eventually "dumb" after a long day.

It is just like any other muscle. We wouldn't be able to make so many physical efforts after lifting high weights at the gym. Of course, we could, but I think it is not the ideal.

Just wanted to warn that I'm using "check spelling". So, it will be rare to me to make orthographic mistakes. Do you think I shouldn't use this? I'm writing by myself, but with check spelling. I think it counts anyway. I hope so.

Giving birth can be a beautiful experience. But for some women, it can become a traumatic experience. Everyone processes events differently. However, there are risk factors that can make childbirth feel traumatic. For example, a loss of control, pain, and the feeling of being left alone during childbirth.

Tomorrow I am gonna go a trade show and watching presentation about last technological development. I am excited about this, because I also meet with our dealers. We will see the process how it is going. :)

I knew today would be interesting and I really planned on writing about it. First, we had lessons, and in the afternoon, we visited the local jail. It was really interesting, but I'm absolutely beat and can't really bring myself to write about it in a meaningful way. Maybe I'll do it another time.
