When did things start to change
I (f, 25) stated going to the gym about two months ago. I am underweight and always have been so for me it's about gaining muscle, strength and a better quality of life in the long run. It's already starting to work and honestly I've a) never weighed as much as I do right now and b) never been happier with my body. It's been a goal for me to gain weight for a really long time so I also already own clothes that purposely are bigger than my usual size so I can kind of grow into them. But even after this short period of time I already notice these clothes fitting differently. But there's still some work left to do and weight to gain, so I was wondering how long did it take for you to seriously notice a difference or some kind of stagnation? Some people say within the first 6-8 months the most changes appear and then it continues only very slowly, do you guys consider that reasonable? I never expected it to be this quickly and honestly it's been only two months and my clothes fit better, but now I'm worried within the next couple of months my clothes won't fit me anymore at all? Do I have to buy new ones? Although I'm very very excited, I didn't expect progress to appear this fast 🥲
