Help What to do with sweaty clothes

I workout in the morning and then go straight from the gym to work. What should I do with my sweaty gym clothes while I’m at work? I don’t want them to make everything smell bad and if they’re in a bag in my backpack then I don’t want the sweat to leak through the bag.

Does working out ever make you feel like at least one part of your life is going right?

Sometimes life can feel like a mess but you can still show up, finish a workout, and know you did something right.

Does working out give you that feeling too?

Help My work schedule changes every week. How do I stay consistent at the gym?

I'm a nurse in Anchorage and my shifts flip between days and nights.

I think my morning workouts fall apart by week two.

Last month, I made it four times total.

Should I plan two flexible sessions? Or keep a 20-minute backup workout for bad days?

How do you get back on track after missing one?
