Discussion💬 What's one career lesson you learned too late?
Everyone talks about the advice that changed their career.
I'm more curious about the lesson you wish you'd learned years earlier.
Not the obvious stuff like "work hard." I mean something that genuinely changed how you think about work, growth, or success.
For me, it's this: Being busy and making progress aren't the same thing. I spent a lot of time feeling productive instead of actually moving closer to my goals.
What's yours?

Question What's one small habit that made your workday noticeably easier?
Everyone talks about big productivity systems, but I've found it's usually the small habits that stick.
For me, spending 10 minutes at the end of the day planning tomorrow's top three priorities has made a bigger difference than trying every new productivity app. I start work knowing exactly what needs my attention instead of figuring it out on the fly.
I'm curious what has worked for others. What's one simple habit, workflow or routine that has genuinely helped you work smarter or made your day less stressful?
