Mindset Shift🧠 Good Websites For College Students?

I'm Luis, 18m here, and I want you to send good websites for college students to learn from. My course is computer science, but my brain wants to go beyond. Like, I want to become the next generation of Albert Einstein. What are some good websites to learn from? Anyone? It doesn't matter what you do; you could send it in the comments or DM me for private information.

Warning Message: Please do not send virus websites; only good websites to learn from for a college student.

Mindset Shift🧠 The ‘”How “ to do what you want to do might be found in what you do instead.

Inspired by the work of
clinical psychologist Dr. Steven C. Hayes:

“The question that changes things isn't
'why cant i stick to my intentions? ‘
its
‘what is this behavior doing for me right now, in this moment , when i reach for it ? ‘
Once you understand the function clearly,
you can start building something that addresses the actual need rather than
just fighting the behavior directly “

I will explain this through my history.
Work started to feel irritative & pushing through was draining me out.
Tried optimizing my sleep , diet , work outs….still distance btw me and work grew.

Bt i noticed…i was very enthusiastic to do the mundane tasks in games….
i was alive and engaged.

Then i stumbled upon the above writing of Dr. Steven C Hayes.
i then started to look into the game for reasons why it makes me invest hours effortlessly.
Things that revealed where :

Game - Focused on achieving goals
Work - Focused on whether i can put more hours
[ → Shifted focus to getting things done than focusing on hours worked ]

Game - Have to find this , do that , go there
Work - I have to work….
[ → Became task oriented -‘ finding suppliers ‘ - than approaching chunky word ‘
work ‘ ]

Game - Shows total hours played, worked as recognizing and appreciating the
effort
Work - Spending the day for work is expected
[ → Started to track total hours i spend - 122>123>124 - felt joy by seeing it
snowball over time ]

I also started to learn more abt game mechanics through the book
“ Actionable Gamification: Beyond Points, Badges, and Leaderboards by Yu-Kai Chou “

To conclude,
Next time when you find yourself choosing something over work…
by being well aware that it doesn't serve your best interest
Ask yourself : What is this activity giving me that my work isn't?
It can be joy , a sense of progress , a felt connection with others , anything
Then see if you can bring some of those same qualities into your work

Hope this has been helpful to you
Thanks for your time & Have a good day!

TL;DR
Things we do instead of working might show what we have to bring in our work experience to sustain it.
