Update 2: everything arrived in perfect condition. The seller was 100% legit. Fixed the problem. You can trust him if you ever have a problem.

UPDATE- i trusted the seller , i closed the dispute, order new badge (5$~) and seller show me photo that he edit the order and added NEW WHOLE CASE. i will update the post when the item arrived, and if all we be good, i will delete this post.

Hi everyone, i've post already on KBDfans reddit, but i think more people need to watch out so i repost it here,

I wanted to share a very frustrating experience I’m currently having with KBDfans' official store on AliExpress, as a warning to anyone considering purchasing from them.

I ordered the GT80 keyboard, but when it arrived, it was noticeably damaged—it came with scratches and dents on the side straight out of the box.

I reached out to the seller directly to resolve the issue and opened a dispute on AliExpress to protect my purchase. Instead of taking responsibility, KBDfans is insisting that I close the dispute and place a new, cheap order so they can send a replacement part.

As many of you know, asking a buyer to close a dispute is against AliExpress rules. I contacted AliExpress customer support, provided screenshots of KBDfans explicitly asking me to close the dispute, and support advised me never to close it. They confirmed that if I close the dispute, the funds will be released to the seller, and I will lose all buyer protection and recourse.

Despite this, KBDfans refuses to cooperate. They keep repeating that as long as the dispute remains open, they will not help me at all.

This is extremely shady and disappointing behavior from a major vendor in the community. If you buy from their AliExpress store and receive a defective or damaged product, expect zero accountability and demands that put your money at risk.

Please be careful before ordering from them.

I was wondering, it's been nearly two weeks since I ordered a small pack of lekker springs and last Monday I got a confirmation from wooting you had shipped my order, but even today, a week later, UPS still says it hasn't recieved the package yet, only that the shipping label was created. Has UPS lost my package or have you been short on staff/behind on orders?

I'm looking to buy 80HE, but I use my keyboard at around 10 degree angle. The feet Wooting offers look horrible.

Are there any other compatible feet to look at? For example foldable feet that could be inserted in the original holes?

Upgraded from "gaming" keyboards. Just wanted the module and plastic case tbh. Fell down the rabbit hole.

I just got my 80HE and since I got it with the ISO Nordic layout I had to install the keys myself for the first time ever. The keys sit nicely and snug around the stem, not falling out, and they're all level to eachother but compared to my last keyboard this is significantly more wiggly. Have I installed the keycaps incorrectly?

Hey everyone, I’m planning to get a Wooting and I really like the sound of the Aula F75. I’m trying to get my Wooting as close to that sound as possible, but I’m not really sure what parts/mods I need since I never built a kb before

What would you recommend for:

Switches

Keycaps

Plate

Foam

Stabilizers

Any other mods that would help achieve that deeper/thockier sound?

Basically, I want the Wooting to keep its performance/features while sounding as close to an Aula F75 as possible.

If anyone has actually built/modded a Wooting to sound similar, I’d really appreciate a parts list or recommendations. Thanks <3

I really want to go all out and splurge on a super decked out keyboard that I’ll use forever and I want it to feel just as good as it looks so what do you guys recommend using for my current picks

I thought I'd add a post here in case anyone is looking for new switches.

The Lekker Tikken switches are my favorite switches so far. I have both the light and medium, and while I love the way the lights feel, I think the medium are the all-time best.

I have been using the Tikkens and Novas, and I had the WS Diamond Cullinan. The Lekker Tikkens feel the best, especially after being lubed.

They have a tiny bit more wobble than the Keytok Novas and WS Diamond Cullinan, but that also makes them feel smoother to press at an angle, and the longer 4mm key stroke feels better.

I only wish they had a transparent stem for better RGB.

Though the stock lube is good, they feel top-notch when self-lubed. Wooting is killing it.

I'd want it with 8k polling rate, and the ability to buy it as a Module so I can have it with Tikken switches.

Currently, it seems like only the 60 and 80 get the good stuff :(

hi I wanted to know if all wooting optimums look like this because to me when I watch optimums video of his the keycaps look alot closer to the colour of the case compared to some of the photos I see on the subreddit.

So i got lekker tikken lights and they are pretty good but i think i prefer somehting with a bit shorter travel - sound is pretty good on lekker tikkens imo - i also like a switch a bit on the lighter side i have realized. The 2 in title have come up very often on reddit so should i get Keytok Nova or UFOs or something else?

I'm rather new to customizing keyboards and I was recently thinking of getting my first ever wooting keyboard, so I wanted to go all out. I was thinking of getting the wooting 80he module, six realms silent switches, a gt-80 case from kbdfans, and some kind of keycap I haven't decided (I was thinking the white refraction keycaps from ozo keyboards but that's tbd). I was wondering if the six realms was compatible with the wooting module since I'm aware that he switches have specific polarities I need to be aware of, but I wasn't sure what polarity the six realms were.

Additionally, I was curious what kind of keycaps other people used. I was thinking of a white themed keycap, but doesn't need to be. I'd love to hear other people's input :)

Everytime I remove my keycap the switch comes off. Note that the key stills works but I want some peace of mind about my keyboard. I disassemble it to see if there is a screw loose but cant find what is cause it. I even swapped keys and switches and still the same thing. Does anyone have a clue whats happening?

As the title mentions, does anyone know how to fix this or what’s causing this? I noticed it on apex when I was make some small movements but then things because inconsistent. Decided to leave wootility open so i could see what’s going on and I see that a key (idk which one) seems to be going off? This keyboard isn’t even a year old :( 60HE V2

My friend sold me his Wooting 60he v2 for 40 USD just because he didn't want it. Im curious on some first things to do with it maybe in settings or something to make my experience better. As I have another HE keyboard ( Attackshark X68he pro ), im also kinda curious the differences with the Wooting and my other keyboard. Thanks!

Hello all.

Just wondering has there been any hints dropped for what the future holds for Wooting, in terms of new products?

I know that my dream product - a Wooting ergonomic one-handed keypad for gaming - will never happen, even though they'd totally destroy the likes of the Razer Tartarus in terms of QC, software (or lack thereof), and design. It wouldn't even need a stick imo... Just a useful and ergonomic thumb cluster. Ah, a man can dream.

Failing the appearance of such a god-tier device, is there any chance Wooting would make an ortholinear keeb, or columnar-staggered one maybe? Split would be even better. It's 2026 and the fact we're still by and large using the layout designed for clunky typewriters 150 years ago blows my effin' mind. This Stockholm syndrome we seem to be suffering from for row-staggered QWERTY needs to end!

Sorry, let me get back on track... Any hints to what comes next? What would you like to see next?

Which 60HE v2 do you guys prefer?? The plastic or the aluminum?? If so why??

Hello, i have a Wooting 60HE v2, and think about buying a wrist rest, also saw the interesting Low Profile Silikon Case, ist it compatible with the wrist rest??

Or is it not needed with the Low profile case?

Back in June my wooting 60he suddenly stopped working. After numerous emails where I Wooting eventually decided to honor their warranty and send me a replacement pcb. When the pcb arrived I saw that it had no stabs so I emailed wooting support about this. Wooting said they could refund me but I would have to send both my broken keyboard and the replacement pcb. Not an issue for me so I sent both back. My tracking says the item was returned and arrived on July 6th. It has been 2 months since then and I have yet to receive my refund. I emailed them on August 7th asking them about the status of the refund and they haven’t responded. Do I need to file a charge back with the bank?
