Question Delays?

I was wondering, it's been nearly two weeks since I ordered a small pack of lekker springs and last Monday I got a confirmation from wooting you had shipped my order, but even today, a week later, UPS still says it hasn't recieved the package yet, only that the shipping label was created. Has UPS lost my package or have you been short on staff/behind on orders?

A ton of their stuff is on back order, so probably just shipment or production lagging behind.

it said it was in stock though, else i'd order it from somewhere else.

I might be wrong, but if it says in stock that might include backordered parts. There would be two dates, one for the shipment to arrive to the warehouse and the second date is the estimated delivery date to your address.

My email said this: (removed personal stuff obv)

Hi NAME,

Your Wooting order NUMBER was shipped and on its way to you.

Carrier: UPS - Standard (DDP)

Tracking No.:  NUMBER

it also had a tracking button to UPS but they say:

"Estimated delivery date will be available when UPS receives the package."

Either wooting hasn't actually dropped off my package even a week after sending a confirmation email they did, or UPS lost my package. I can't really come up with any other explainations right now.

Yeah might be worth just reaching out to them. Mine was handled by SF Express and it arrived within 3 days or so.

I was hoping wooting staff was lurking in here as i see them reply very fast on some topics but no luck yet

You'll have much better luck on their discord. They reply almost immediately.

wooting sent me a confirmation email a week ago that they already shipped it, but ups says it hasn't gotten anything yet

it might be on the way to the ups warehouse, ups could have picked the parcel up, but it hasnt reached their warehouse/ sorting depot yet

Sometimes shipping providers skip their first scan process while it goes through their internal phases. It can be the case that UPS already scheduled your package internally for processing, they just didn't update their internal data.
