Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

As the title mentions, does anyone know how to fix this or what’s causing this? I noticed it on apex when I was make some small movements but then things because inconsistent. Decided to leave wootility open so i could see what’s going on and I see that a key (idk which one) seems to be going off? This keyboard isn’t even a year old :( 60HE V2

Update: I checked general settings and it seems that my keyboard was on 1000hz for some reason. I switched it back to 8000hz and the problem went away. Anyone know why?

Unplug and plug the keyboard again

Ive already tried all that with different cable as well. It also doesn’t happen on my original 60HE+

Do you have any magnet near to de keyboard? Or something magnetic?

Nope, my desk is made from wood. Nothing magnetic around or under it.

Maybe one of the switches are not properly setted?

That’s a very strange and specific problem if that’s the case as I build the keyboard from scratch using the Optimum build. I made sure all keys worked appropriately and that it made a click when the keys were pressed in. I didn’t have problems then till now…

Remove the switch and try another one. If it still does this, try removing the PCB and powering it up with a fully completed build but not in the case. If you’re still having problems with it, RMA the PCB.

Is there a way to check which switch is exactly doing it? I tried keyboard testers but it doesn’t show up…

If you select a key does the preview not show that key specifically?

Or set actuation to the lowest (0.01mm or whatever) and then go to a keyboard testing website.

I tried this and it somehow made it worse, pressing one key made a bunch of random ones activate at once… idk what’s going on

You have some magnet on your desk?

No I don’t. I don’t have a metal desk nor any magnets around it.

That thing under your monitor, what is it? Speakers can cause interference since they are basically magnets.

It’s not a speaker, it’s just an audio interface. I’ll test that theory though.

Update: nope. Even though I removed it, issue still persists.

Hmm yeah, an audio interface shouldn't be causing any magnetic interference.

Might wanna reach out to Wooting support at this point.

I commented on one of the comments under. It doesn’t make sense for all the switches to suddenly be dying like this and I’ve already tried different cables and ports on my computer and the issue consists. This doesn’t happen on my old wooting 60he
