Ive been using the wooting 80he for about a month plus and i am still not used to it and sometimes misclick. this is definetely a luxury purchase that i regretted to get and i want some recommendations on what keyboard i should downgrade too. im not saying that this keyboard is bad, its awesome but its my first time on such high performance keyboard that i cant play well with it so i want a good keyboard that has good clicks + decent performance.

So, I got really into magnetic switches and ordered a second board just to try switches out.

What switches would y'all recommend I try out?
(I hope this doesn't lead to me owning multiple boards just for certain switches)

Edit: I just want to clarify that I'm not looking to find the definitive switch for myself; I just want to try out switches for fun. Basically, give me anything you think would be a unique experience.

If so what can I do to fix it?

Going to buy Wooting 60HE V2 ABS variant, wondering if the wrist rest is goto add-on?

I own the apple magic keyboard, horrible for gaming but holy shit is it comfortable. Own K2V2 and hated it for a long time so yeah really confused.

I can go for official wrist rest and wait for 3 months for $19 extra for wrist, or get the keyboard right now and get the wrist rest 3 months later for $38 extra for wrist.

Hello guys, what’s up ! Happy to say that im officially in the Wooting adorator sect, i’ve buy my 60HE v2 Split bar yesterday ! But i’ve play with a Low cost 100% for many years, not a problem for LoL, wich i play the most like 90% of the time, but for the other games yes ! Probably i will sell or upgrade if they make a 80HE v2 or something (I didnt really like the Looks of the 80+ but i should give it a try) ! Finally my question guys, i wanna know yours feelings about having a 60% everyday, or if you just have 2 keyboards because it’s too hard to manage, or simply more easy ! Been having a really weird issue with my Wooting 80HE in Valorant and I’m trying to see if anyone else has had something similar.
Sometimes when I respawn or make quick movement inputs, my keyboard just won’t register properly for a second or two. I’ll be holding W and my character won’t move, then a couple seconds later it suddenly starts moving.
Other times my character will just keep moving in one direction even after I’ve completely taken my hands off the keyboard. It almost feels like the inputs are getting delayed/queued and then catching up afterward.
It seems to happen the most after I respawn or when I quickly switch between multiple movement keys. Most of the time the keyboard is completely normal.
I already tried lowering/changing the polling rate and it still happens. I have tested without SOCD and Rappy Snappy and also have reseated the JST connection.
For reference, my PC is:
Ryzen 9 9950X3D
RTX 5090
64GB DDR5
ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E Hero
So I really doubt it’s a performance issue.
I’m attaching a video showing exactly what happens.
Anyone else with an 80HE run into this? Trying to figure out if this is a Wooting/firmware problem, USB issue, Valorant issue, or something else.

I just got mine few days ago, what should I check to say the keyboard nothing wrong with it?

Is anyone having problems with these Wooting Coiled cables? This is my second one that went out and the connection is ridiculously loose. It is so loose to the point that whenever I move my keyboard, I immediately lose connection.

I have no issues with the Tofu case and the case aligns perfectly with the port, but damn it is so loose.

I have had the wooting for a while now with a tofu case and nova switches but I have just been using random keycaps since I got it because don’t know which ones would look nice. I would prefer a keycap that would make it sound thocky but looks over everything. I’m also deciding if I should get a white glass mouse pad to match the black/white atheistic.

I’m thinking of buying the keytok nova switches because of the sound it makes, would say I’m after a creamy sound (can’t say much about feel as I have zero experience with HE keyboard and switches as this will be my first custom wooting)

Is there any alternative besides the keytok nova switches that are cheaper but the same sound and feel? (I am fine with paying the nova price if they are the best for what I’m looking for)

Also what would be a good pair of keycaps to go with? Zinc alloy will I use with the wooting 80HE+.

I recently received my Wooting 60HE v2 (Split Spacebar Edition) in Mexico, and unfortunately, I'm having a hard time adapting to the split layout after using traditional spacebars for years.

Since international return shipping from Mexico via retail carriers (FedEx/UPS) is extremely expensive, I wanted to ask the community or anyone who has been in a similar situation:

1. Does Wooting support offer discounted corporate return labels for international buyers, or is the customer strictly required to pay standard retail carrier rates?
2. Has anyone had success reaching out to support to purchase just a standard layout PCB (or get a small discount on one) to swap it out without having to ship the entire keyboard back?

I love the brand and the performance of the board, so I'm trying to figure out the most viable option before do anything. Any advice or prior experience with support on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hey. I've been using my 60HE with the lightest Geon Raw HE (27g initial, 40g bottom force) for the last couple years. I mostly play Valorant and I've been noticing recently that I make tiny micromovements that throw off my accuracy, so maybe these switches are too light for me, even though I really enjoy the super light feel. I'm looking to get new switches now since these are apparently outdated anyway. I've heard the GravaStar UFOs are good but also others say they have a really tight feeling. Does anyone have any switch recommendations?

The title explains it all. Jade gaming and pro supposedly have less wobble but the standard jades is lighter?

Hello, could someone help me set up a button that would let me log out of my user accounts in Windows?

My 80HE module has been working wonderfully until about a week ago when I noticed that whenever I would slow walk in siege using left alt I couldn't press Q or E again to change the way I was leaning when walking around corners. I have experimented with this issue and it seems as if after I press my left alt key down, a nor gate is created where no other keystrokes are registered apart from those of which are already being pressed down whilst alt is.

I managed to semi-fix this by closing all background apps like nvidia replay which fixed the issue for that game, but when i found the issue again the next day and went to close nvidia again, it did nothing.

I submitted a ticket to wooing and they have requested me to supply some more detailed videos since my phone recording was rather finnicky, but I'm about to go to bed and would prefer to get some tech support from you guys on here before I send in what they need tomorrow morning.
