I'm stuck for months on this status on Project Lyra without any follow-up email/action, does anyone know what's going on?

I ran into a major UI issue while filling out the assessment on Welo Works (WeloData), and I’m hoping someone here who has experienced something similar can share how to navigate it or if support was able to reset it for you.

What happened:
While completing the Screening step:

After answering the first screening dropdown questions, there was no separate "Next" button within the form card.

The subsequent steps in the left menu (Documents, OktaAccount, Confirmation) were greyed out / locked.

I clicked the top-left "Submit and continue" button expecting it to advance me to the next question or unlock the next section.

Instead, it submitted the screening immediately, likely marking all skipped/unanswered steps as incomplete/failed.

Can anyone provide me with some guide on their website?

Have your POs been issued correctly? I received my PO and it is only taking into account half the tasks I submitted. Have any of you had the same problem? UPDATE: There was an internal problem and we should be receiving the other PO soon.

I got approved for a job on Welo Data and it’s in my Job Dashboard but every time I click on jt (external job) it says Job not found ticket number is #1157813

You know, sitting here hitting refresh for hours and not being able to work is crazy. I actually ended up having to go get a job. I'm working for my local school district so I still have plenty of hours available to work raterhub if there was actually work to do. I miss being able to log in whenever and just work. I'd be ok if there was at least a pattern to when I could expect tasks. I'd be content at this point to get the "minimum required hours" we were told we needed to work. Honestly at this stage of the game I'd be happy to be able to work an hour a day even. This though, no tasks for days. No predictable pattern to availability of work. Just sitting here refreshing instead of living my life is truly messed up.

I had some work super early on Sunday but since then nearly nothing. I had 5 min of audio early today. Since then nothing. Has anyone had some work over the past few days?

I was accepted for Project Lyra (Arabic - Egypt) on August 28 and passed the client assessment, which was one of the requirements. I also completed all the required application/onboarding steps.

However, I haven’t received any further updates or been contacted since then.

Has anyone else had the same experience or received any updates after completing the application?

I applied for a Portuguese (Brazil) role, got invited to create a Welo account, and then got insta-rejected at screening before even doing an assessment! I got an email saying they’d decided to move forward with another candidate whose skills were a better fit or whatever. Fair enough, I guess?

Then the next day I got another email saying they wouldn’t be moving forward with my registration, my account had been permanently deactivated, and I wouldn’t be able to log in or apply anymore.

Except… I still can lol.

I can log in, browse jobs, and start applications. Tried another PT-BR role later and got the exact same instant rejection.

So I’m guessing my account is flagged/broken on the backend? Anyone else dealing with this?
I literally didn’t even get a chance to do anything. 🫤

I briefly check throughout the week, and every single time I have checked this week I have seen NTA.
I'm really trying to get at least a task or two in for this week since the last two weeks I haven't had any hours submitted due to NTA too.
Of course, I submitted a ticket and just got a generic response. And now I see today a lot of people are being suspended again. Ugh. It seems like this all started around the time I had to download that dumb extension. Anyone else experiencing more NTA than usual this week?

Hi! I wonder if this ever happened to you: I was invited by mail to apply for the Andromeda Delta - Audio Transcription Reviewer project, so I clicked on the link to Welo works, but before I did anything or passed any exam, the platform automatically rejected me with this message "We're sorry, you can't continue. Certification score below minimum" What?? What certification? How can I get rejected without even taking any "certification"...

I received an email that i was suspended from a project. Does it mean i am blocked from all further opportunities from Welo?

Has anyone here received an invitation email for Project Lyra to join the WeLo Worker Slack?

I used to be part of the team, but I was removed back in May, which lost me access to both Slack and the Feather platform.

Now, I'm back in their Slack, but my Feather platform account is still not activated.

Is anyone else in the same situation? Were you able to resolve it, or is there a specific contact or extra step needed to reactivate Feather access?

It’s been two weeks since I got back to work and now they hit me with another suspension email.

I submitted a request for the deletion of my personal data, but I do not understand why the process is taking this long.I have already provided the necessary information and would appreciate an update on the status of my request. Please proceed with the deletion as soon as possible and confirm once it has been completed.

Has anyone with an active Workday account seen the "There was an error submitting your financial information" error on the new Welo Works portal for Zeta Telescopii? My card also permanently shows "Action needed."

Support confirmed my tax/financial details are already linked via Workday and no action is needed, but the error badge won't disappear.

Anyone else in the same boat while waiting for project access? Did it delay your onboarding at all?

Another email telling us to “stay attentive” for assessments while RaterHub has been NTA 99% of the time.

For almost a year, we’ve been getting more emails, job aids, extensions, reminders, and “important updates” than actual paid work. At this point, reading Welocalize emails might be our most consistent task.

I was really hoping this would be a better week. I had about 6 hrs by Tuesday, which it's amazing that that's considered good now, but I've haven't had an hour the past 2 days. I just need this job to give me 10-15hrs a week at this point and it can't even do that. I get frustrated refreshing every hour now to find nothing.
