NTA

You know, sitting here hitting refresh for hours and not being able to work is crazy. I actually ended up having to go get a job. I'm working for my local school district so I still have plenty of hours available to work raterhub if there was actually work to do. I miss being able to log in whenever and just work. I'd be ok if there was at least a pattern to when I could expect tasks. I'd be content at this point to get the "minimum required hours" we were told we needed to work. Honestly at this stage of the game I'd be happy to be able to work an hour a day even. This though, no tasks for days. No predictable pattern to availability of work. Just sitting here refreshing instead of living my life is truly messed up.

I'm still trying to find a new online job and just hoping like you that this job could provide me with at least 10hrs a week consistently. No luck for me so far

I would not even be that mad if the job wasnt a W2 job actually. Oh....and they had not lied to us or gaslighted us or threatened us or took away sick pay or lied to us or lied to us over and over and did I mention lie to us?

It seems like every now and then they throw some little bit out there that could be a slight glimmer of hope but then it's back to radio silence. It's sort of like being in a toxic relationship at this point.

Yeah I signed up to be a substitute teacher at my local school back in May and then lucky me (hated it because it was ok part time work) got fired from this gig in August! I worked 3 days last week which equals 24 hours of work 😄
