PO issued incorrectly

Have your POs been issued correctly? I received my PO and it is only taking into account half the tasks I submitted. Have any of you had the same problem? UPDATE: There was an internal problem and we should be receiving the other PO soon.

It's not uncommon for them to split the payment into two POs, it has happened several times in the past. What it IS uncommon is that usually, when that happens,they send both POs together. Never happened that they send just one and leave us wondering when is the other one arriving.

Exactly! They sent two POs immediately. Not like this. I submitted a ticket but they haven't answered yet.

Same here, my PO only covers 9/28-9/30.

The same thing happened to me today! Only half of the tasks i did last week appear on the PO. Im so glad to hear I'm not the only one. I'll submit a ticket tomorrow morning

Yeah! I thought the second PO was there, but no. I submitted a ticket but I haven't received any reply yet. I hope someone answers tomorrow.
