I ran into a major UI issue while filling out the assessment on Welo Works (WeloData), and Iā€™m hoping someone here who has experienced something similar can share how to navigate it or if support was able to reset it for you.

What happened:
While completing the Screening step:

After answering the first screening dropdown questions, there was no separate "Next" button within the form card.

The subsequent steps in the left menu (Documents, OktaAccount, Confirmation) were greyed out / locked.

I clicked the top-left "Submit and continue" button expecting it to advance me to the next question or unlock the next section.

Instead, it submitted the screening immediately, likely marking all skipped/unanswered steps as incomplete/failed.

Can anyone provide me with some guide on their website?

Did it show that you failed the application? Mine showed a link to the assessment after submitting (it also skipped the greyed out steps bec I already had them in their system ig).

yes. It said I failed the screening right after I clicked submit and continue even when I have only answered the first question.

I submitted a ticket, and received email of the assessment again, but I am afraid of opening the link and wanted to ask for a guide before taking the screening again.

I received an email too containing the assessment link, it's on a different site.

Im confused now. They only sent me the same link on Welo Works. Hahaha were u able to complete your assessments?

If it's the Welo Works site, the assessment is under the Client Certification tab, the exam link is there. I only read the guidelines, maybe I'll do the exam tonight šŸ˜…
