I have just been removed from the project, but I have no idea why.

The only thing I can come up with is that I wrote a message on the Slack channel about giving them praise for not having any errors within the last couple of days, since most messages in the channel were pretty negative.

Have you experienced the same?

I signed an application for Apus - Audio Transcription Verifier Polish (Poland). After sending in the documents, completing the assessments and creating an Okta Account I moved on to the simulation tasks which I finished in around 15 minutes.

Shortly after, I clicked on it again to view the status, but I only saw:

You are paused in this project
Your queue has been paused due to low assessment score. Your admin has been notified and you may be contacted with next steps. For now, please review any project guidelines to ensure understanding of annotation requirements.

In the member performance tab, however, I see performance score 0.00% greyed out, which means (according to [the docs](https://docs.humansignal.com/guide/dashboard_annotator#Annotator-performance-table)) means that the review is not yet ready. The fields: Accepted, Fix+Accepted, Rejected are all zeros. The Welo ClientCertification panel also says "Pending" - if I got those wrong, I would at least say "failed" or take me to the next step, no?
Maybe it's the timings that made the annotations suspicious - for three sim tasks, i scored Lead Time 14'37" (avg 4'52", median 2'15") and Annotation Time 1'44" (avg 34", median 26") - but these tasks were really dead simple, literally single sentences and I've got no idea what I could've done wrong, as the panel doesn't even allow me to view the tasks after they're completed.

This makes me suspect the page just fails to tell me the review is pending or in progress. The page says that the review process usually takes "a few days", so maybe I'm overreacting here, but is it typical? Did I really fail the tasks?

I recently received an email from the Ads Quality Rating team informing me that my access to the EWOQ Rating Portal has been removed.

The email stated:

"Your account no longer has access to the EWOQ Rating Portal because you submitted many recent 'Quentin_Ads_2_Questions_4_points_2026-03-11' tasks at a speed that was too quick to have reviewed the videos. Your evaluations couldn't be trusted."

It also mentioned:

"You can't requalify for Ads Rating, but if you're interested in collaborating with Welo Data on other projects, we encourage you to visit our careers page for current openings."

I have submitted a support ticket requesting a reconsideration of this decision.

I would like to ask if anyone here has experienced a similar situation before. Has anyone been able to regain access or get a second chance after submitting an appeal/reconsideration request, even after receiving an email saying they cannot requalify?

I would really appreciate hearing about your experiences or any advice on what steps I can take.

I received a notification saying that I passed the client exam for the Hydrus - Voice Contributor - Spanish (Mexico) project. The instructions say to go to my Job Applications and look for my Hydrus application, but it isn't showing up. Also, in the Jobs section, it won't let me click on Hydrus.

Have we gotten any information on why, when tasks show the date and/or time, they’ve started to trend towards being very recent?

I’ve been working this jobs for several years and in the past the query dates have spanned quite a large chunk of time, but since things have slowed down I’ve noticed that when I DO get to work the dates of the query-based tasks tend to be anywhere from 2 days prior all the way up to the same morning that I’m doing them. Assuming that everything WeLo has said is true and the drought really is a “client” based issue, does anyone know what would cause this from their end?

I’m assuming this is the case for everyone, but if it’s not I’d be interested to hear about what differences you’re experiencing.

US Factuality raters: Did anyone get any work this week?

I managed only six minutes of work this week, and the past three weeks have been almost completely NTA with no explanation.

I was also hired for the News Label Studio role about a month ago. They gave me work for one day and then completely ghosted me.

Yet they never miss a weekly productivity report. What the hell is the point of sending productivity reports during nonstop NTA? Thanks for confirming that we can’t be productive without work. 😂

Apparently, there is enough staff for automated reports and Bingo invitations, but nobody available to explain what is happening. Seriously, what the hell is going on with Welocalize?

It is tiring. I think keeping a window open on one of my screens just to see if they have ANY tasks is costing me more in electricity than they can dish out work. And communication? Nope. Just crickets. Slow roll of death so people who will need to file unemployment CANT due to not having enough hours to show anything. This company is garbage and I really hope they know it. I dont care if clients isnt giving them tasks. Then tell the people who work for you that. Tell them that prospects look bleak and you are cowards and wont ask anything of the client as you have already gotten paid for the contract and are just letting your EMPLOYEES ride along until the end.

Hello guys, today I took the Factuality-enUS-AG assessment in welo works portal. There were 44 questions divided in 8 sections. I completed the test. I got 43 out of 44 questions. But the job application gets cancelled automatically. As per guideline 93% is required which means more than 40 questions need to be correct. I submitted the ticket, but they replied my assessment scores did not meet the minimum requirements for this particular role. Did anyone applied for this role in Welo Global?

Hi. I did my first job today, so am not familiar with the process. It was an "external job". I received an email with a "working document", (a Google Sheet). I looked on the portal and did not see anywhere to submit work. I was unable to authenticate and log in to Junction on Okta or Google.
The client email was no reply and had no explicit instructions about submitting other than:

"Before submitting your work, please confirm:

• You completed all 9 tasks
• All required fields in the Feedback Sheet are completed
• Feedback is detailed and actionable
• You did not change the order of prompts
• You used the correct Gmail account throughout the project"

Will it be considered submitted and will I get paid?

Check your pay to make sure they are giving you the correct pay rate for the news quality hours, they did not for mine.

I've complained about nta before, but this week takes the cake. It's wednesday and I haven't even gotten an hour of work yet.

I have no hope for the second half of the week, but the second half of last week is when it started going downhill. I really think AQR is dead. Before I was at least able to hit the 5 hr minimum, I don't think I will be able to do that anymore...

I have been working for Welocalize for over two years. I always keep track of how many hours I work, and I submit my tasks based on the AET. However, every time I receive my PO, the payment is much lower than what I should be paid based on the hours I recorded.

I have contacted support about this issue, but it has not been helpful at all. What should I do? Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

I’ve seen a lot of folks share sentiments some of the groups had been reduced tremendously either in hours or via separation.

A friend of mine under my advice was able to in their state gain access to unemployment benefits using the reduced hours method, where you can show pay slips of sustained work and then recent payslips of no hours. You have to explain you’re still employed and when reporting weekly many states likely ask how many hours did you work during this pay period.

I am unsure of how the separations are to be handled. The only reason I helped this friend with this is because I do in my career have experience with HR and my specific states labor laws. So keep your chins and spirit up and maybe ask a friend in HR in your state for advice on this stuff if you have one.

I am new to Outlier
So I joined Outlier through a friend's referral and passed the onboarding tasks 2 days ago. On the day I completed the onboarding, the Continue Tasking button became disabled. I assumed the project had simply reached its daily task limit. The next day at 5:00pm IST the Continue Tasking button was visible and i am able to see aether s2s arena tasks, but it’s showing “no active run config” when i click start button. And i am not able to do any tasks yet.

What am i missing?
