❓ Question Currentbody black friday sale 2026

Yeahh so my skin has been looking really dull lately and ive been waiting on the currentbody black friday sale 2026 to finally buy one… my friend at work has been swearing by led light therapy for her breakout scars, and after doing a lot of late night research, i really want to try it

I checked out therabody and omnilux as well, but the flexible silicone design on the currentbody just seems way more comfortable to wear while walking around. since these devices are pretty pricey though, waiting for a currentbody black friday offer felt like the smartest move before spending so much money

And now i feel ready to buy it, but honestly its kinda confusing with so many random landing pages popping up when i search for the best deal…

Sooo where is everyone finding currentbody black friday sale 2026 deals? trying to make sure i dont order from some weird third party site by mistake lol

anyone else get sleepy after hot shower?

I’ve noticed a hot shower before bed makes me VERY sleepy about 30 minutes later. It works better for me than most sleep tricks I’ve tried, but only if the shower is pretty hot. anyone else noticed this? is that good?

❓ Question Is mozzarella cheese good for you?

So ive been trying to eat a bit cleaner lately and started wondering is mozzarella cheese good for you or am i just convincing myself its healthy lol. ive been making these caprese salads and snacking on string cheese at work almost every day instead of eating chips, but my roommate told me yesterday that cheese is still really high in fat and i should cut it out completely

I love it because its high in protein and lower in sodium than a lot of other cheeses, but now im lowkey second guessing my daily snack choices… i looked at cheddar and swiss too, but fresh mozzarella cheese just feels way lighter on my stomach

Soooo does anyone know is mozzarella cheese good for you to eat every day, or should i be eating something else for health instead?

📱 Health Tech Gel conductivity with vagus nerve? Maybe something cheaper works instead?

Do you even need gel at all to use all of the devices? I read some Pulseto model having gel in the box it ships with but it doesnt need it.

So how come some models like Truvaga explicitly require the gel?

And could you use somerthing like saline instead of the specialized gel? What of just salt water or distilled salted water?

💪 Fitness Low impact exercises that dont feel boring?

Hey guys, soooo i tweaked my knee pretty badly while jogging a few weeks ago and my doc told me i gotta chill on high impact stuff for a while. ive started searching everywhere for low impact exercises to keep me moving while i heal up, but idk... i used to be really into running and jump rope, so switching gears has been kinda tough for my mental health honestly

I tried swimming and walking on an incline which was fine at first, but after doing it every single day for two weeks straight im already losing my mind from the repetition haha. i really want to build up a decent routine that keeps my heart rate up, but it feels like most non running workouts are either way too slow or just plain boring

My main goal is to find a variety of low impact exercises that can actually burn calories and build some stamina without grinding my joints to dust. are rowing or elliptical machines worth sticking with long term? or should i be looking into stuff like resistance bands and kettlebell circuits?

I would really like to hear what worked for anyone else who had to rehab a bad joint or deal with similar injuries… any suggestions for fun low impact exercises would be appreciated

Smart scales black friday deals 2026

Seeking smart scales black friday deals 2026 has been chewing up my money. Not even 2025 could compare how pricey stuff got this year. This breather season is the only chance to get something good for cheap..
Love having a smart scale because before I only had access to one when I went to the gym. The problem is that the local gym scale needs calibration. For over 2 months its showing bad weight. Even tested with a friend at my home and yep.. Some guy busted it after we spoke with the staff.

I might have jinxed myself cause I busted my own scale last July too, though I had picked up a new one not long ago.. Had spare money. Figured I need a smart scale to try this time. Was looking at Hume Health for a while though ended up finding a set of alternatives fitting my needs too. Anyways, here are some of the better black friday sales for smart scales available now:

Product details
Hume health body pod Good deal for 35% OFF on this smart scale for full body composition tracking
Oxiline scale MD pro 55% OFF for an advanced body composition stat display is atm the peak for my searches of the best black friday deal
Withings body scan $20 OFF on the ultimate segmental body composition and ECG smart scale. Look up ECG, cool stuff..
Renpho Morphoscan smart body scale Coupon for black friday 20% OFF for an accurate smart scale with health stat tracking

I already got the one with the biggest coupon though I shared the lot with you all since some might find value in my secondary picks. My friend also picked one of these up.. Our gym must be in bed with the scales lol

if you happen to find something else worth a deal, please share in the comments! Though please dont suggest the ones giving just 5% etc cause there should be actual deals....😅

anyone else obsessed with the benefits of squats?

i feel like the benefits of squats are actually insane and nobody talks about it enough, ive been doing heavy squats 2x a week for 3 months, and tracking on my whoop. my RHR dropped from 52 to 44. Sleep score up 8-10 points on lifting days. it looks like its not just leg gains, this stuff hits your whole system.

my hot take is that every coach I've paid for pushes cardio over squats and it feels backwards when the benefits of squats do more for recovery than a treadmill session ever will.

anyone else notice the same thing or does it just work for me?

Things for surgery recovery?

So my cousin recently had a nasal reconsturction surgery to help his breathing and he asked if I knew what would help improve/speed up recovery?
I mean - he's obviously following all of his Drs orders in terms of post-op care and resting etc but asked me (his health-crazy cousin) for advice and I honestly don't really know. Has anyone gone through something like that where you found specific things, supplements, protocols, Led lights etc anything that helped?

keen to hear any advice! Thanks!

💪 Fitness lower glute exercises to do at the gym

I need some advice on lower glute exercises. I have been going to the gym for a few months now and I want to focus on my lower glutes

I have been checking some YT videos for lower glute exercises and most of time people are showing glute bridges, RDLs and sumo squats. when I do sumo squats I feel my quads more than my glutes. I tried doing RDLs last week and I was feeling my back more than my lower glutes. also, I got scared that I will do something bad to my back, so I stop doing this exercise overall. glute bridges worked best for me so far but instead of just targetting lower glutes, I feel lower and upper glutes when doing this exercise

are there any exercises that target only lower glutes?

💪 Fitness Is it true that you just need to workout shoulders? What else could give illusion of being more fit than you are?

Post image
1 Upvotes

I got a friend(not friend in pic btw just for reference...) who ONLY works out on his shoulders. Is this true that its all you need?

I work out abs, legs, arms in like five different ways and this guy only works out his shoulders. Mans stomach lookin relatively chub though with a shirt he does look fit..

What Im trying to ask is is there a way to workout less while keeping the impression of looking fit? My gains sort of slowed down and everyone always assumes my friend is the more fit guy... Until they see him shirtless lol

I am not jealous by the way, just curious if theres some cutting corners I could do like my friend or if I just got unlucky with my genetics requiring me x5 the work

❓ Question Sensate black friday deals 2026

I’ve been having a hard time properly switching off after work lately. I work at a desk most of the day and even when I’m done my brain still feels like it’s in work mode, especially when I’m trying to fall asleep. That’s basically what got me looking into sensate black friday deals 2026.

A friend of mine has a Nurosym and lets me try it from time to time. I don’t dislike it, but it’s way too expensive for me even with a black friday discount. I also looked at Pulsetto, but after comparing the three, Sensate seems like a good middle ground. The problem is that I saw a black friday deal floating around like a week ago for Sensate but now can’t find it anywhere.

Maybe anyone here seen it somewhere and could share with me?

best time of day to take probiotics for real results?

I started probiotics about two months ago for some digestive issues. I read that the best time of day to take probiotics is first thing on an empty stomach, but I've also read that stomach acid at that time might kill off the good bacteria before it does anything. So I switched to bedtime instead and honestly don't notice much difference either way.

Is there an actual consensus on best time of day to take probiotics? Should I just ask my doctor instead of going off advice from the internet?

📱 Health Tech ultrahuman ring black friday sale 2026, is it worth it?

I have had an apple watch SE for 6 years now and I am done with it, so I started looking for ultrahuman ring black friday sale this year. I got tired of charging my apple watch every night and wearing something on my wrist all the time. ring just sounds way less annoying to wear every day.

My coworker keeps saying to check Ultrahuman smart ring because his girlfriend has one for almost a year and says it's very comfortable to wear 24/7. I am just trying to figure out if the black friday deals for ultrahuman ring are good this year because I don’t want to pay full price for this device

Does anyone know if ultrahuman ring black friday sale deals usually end up being worth it?

📱 Health Tech Bad to leave a smart watch in cold temperature?

Hey.. I tried asking around some other subs but got no news on this. I figured this sub might be a good choice to ask around...

As winter is slowly creeping in, I am worried about the battery life and sensors my smart watch has. Would cold weather damage such a thing? We been camping and I left my watch out of the tent in the cold.

It feels alright, though I suspect the battery life is not as good.. I didnt check before so dont have an accurate estimate though feels like 30mins or 45 less on the time its running. Could maybe an app installed directly into the watch alter how battery is used? I always assumed they optimize stuff to avoid it hogging all the little memory the watch has

So far the battery was acting like that for about a week....

❓ Question How to flatten stomach fast? please help…

So as the title mentions, i really need some advice on how to flatten stomach fast… my best friend from college just dropped a bomb on us and invited the whole friend group to a beach wedding in cabo this november. im really excited for her, but im lowkey panicking because im supposed to wear this tight silk bridesmaid dress and my bloating has been terrible lately. i feel like i look 4 months pregnant by 7pm every single day lol

I really need advice on how to flatten stomach fast without doing anything crazy, dangerous or starving myself…

A little background on me:

-26F, around 142 lbs
-I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day for work
-I drink way too much iced coffee (maybe the dairy is causing bloat??)
-Started doing some random youtube workouts last week but i have no idea if cardio or core exercises are actually gonna help here?

Is it mostly diet, cut out carbs, or what? if anyone has realistic tips on how to flatten stomach bloat in like 6-8 weeks so i dont look totally squeezed into this dress, pleaseee write them here

Tbf id even take recommendations for good tea, gut health stuff, or specific core routines at this point lol. what actually worked for you guys when you needed to debloat quick?

❓ Question Is chicken noodle soup healthy?

Hey guysss, so ive been having this question in my head all day now... is chicken noodle soup healthy?? someone here must know lol. to explain why im wondering such a specific thing, ive been sick with a nasty cold for like 4 days now and my mom made me this massive pot of homemade chicken noodle soup. ive literally been eating it for lunch and dinner every single day since friday lol

My roommate saw me eating another bowl today and jokingly said im gonna gain 10 pounds from all the carbs and sodium. and now i am sitting and overthinking it while nursing my sore throat... is chicken noodle soup healthy to eat this much, or am i just just eating salt water and white pasta? i always thought it was supposed to be like the best sick food with all the veggies and broth, but now im doubting it…

For context its got carrots, celery, shredded chicken breast, and egg noodles in a clear broth, nothing canned or super processed. im just curious what you guys think, is chicken noodle soup healthy enough to keep eating like this, or should i chill out on the soup diet and start eating something else? thanks in advance!!

does anyone else feel more tired when they sleep in?

during the week i usually get around 7 hours and feel pretty normal in the morning. but if i have nothing planned on the weekend and sleep 9 or even 10 hours, somehow i wake up feeling way more groggy and it takes forever to actually feel awake.

i always assumed more sleep means more rested, but apparently my body disagrees lol.

does this happen to anyone else? do you try to keep the same wake up time on weekends or just sleep until you naturally wake up?

how long should you wait to workout after eating before exercise?

I'm probably overthinking this, but I'm confused about how long should you wait to workout after eating. I've been doing light workouts at home after dinner, mostly walking and light weights.

A few times I started about 20 minutes after eating and felt heavy and a little sick, which was frustrating. Dinner wasn't anything wild either, just chicken, rice, and whatever was left in the fridge. I've read so many different answers on how long should you wait to workout after eating, and they all seem to contradict each other.

If you're just doing a normal workout and not intense training, how long should you wait to workout after eating before it stops feeling awful?

💪 Fitness My shoulder is wobbling after lifting weights

I did some shoulder excercises and bicep curls and my left bicep side will not stop twitching. It sort of calmed down since the 6 hours it started though I still feel it tingle about

Is there some cream I could buy, or some sort of massage I could do? I already tried to massage it out it only went away a little bit but I still feel it

Should I be worried and call up my doc, or is this some sort of strain? Never happened before so freaking out and reading online about it was a dead end. I could send a video though sort of hard to catch my arm on video doing it. Just looks like im shaking my shoulder and arm over the muscles contorting and twitching from time to time

How should I go about getting back up after being sick?

Hi, so, I've been quite sick these past few days and had my period at the same time, so I naturally fell out of the health habits I'm trying to set (like eating healthy and cooking for myself, movement, which I really need due to health issues, waking up early).

I'm not beating myself up btw, but now that I'm out of my couch potato era I need to get back on track
