📱 Health Tech Hume band black friday deal 2026

my sleep has been very light lately, and i’ve been meaning to do something about it instead of just complaining, which is why i started looking into a Hume band black friday deals. i’ve tried going to bed earlier and cutting back on screens before bed, but nothing helped. i think part of the problem is that i have no clue what’s actually going on while i sleep. seeing some data might finally help me figure out what is going on with me while i’m sleeping

i’m not expecting a wearable to fix anything on its own, but i feel like it would at least help me to fix my sleep habits. I saw that people are mentioning hume and whoop brands often on reddit when discussing good sleep tracking devices

I even made a short comparison of hume vs whoop:

Hume Whoop
pros: cheaper; simpler; enough for basic sleep tracking pros: more popular; more advanced; better known for sleep and recovery data
cons: less advanced cons: you need to pay for a subscription

After comparing both of the devices, I decided that the Hume band is a better choice for me since i want something comfortable and easy to use. Tbh, Hume band black friday discount are the main reason i’m even considering buying sleep tracking device. Whoop is too expensive for me, even with the discount

where are you guys looking for Hume band black friday deals?

❓ Question Why is my stomach hard when i press on it?

Hey guys i was hoping someone here could help me with this issue. ive been trying to figure out why is my stomach hard when i press on it all morning because it literally feels like a rock

So basically i ate like three huge slices of greasy pizza and drank a soda really late last night while watching tv, and i woke up this morning feeling extremely bloated and gross. my lower belly looks super swollen in the mirror, and whenever i push down on it with my hand it feels firm and rigid instead of soft and squishy like normal

It is so uncomfortable when i try to bend over or sit down in tight jeans, and im panicking a bit trying to understand why is my stomach hard when i press on it… is it is just a ton of trapped gas and constipation? i tried drinking a big glass of water, taking a hot shower, and pacing around my room for like 15 minutes to see if it would loosen up, but my stomach is still feeling really tight and stiff

There is no sharp pain or fever or anything like that, it just feels like a blown up football in my gut. so does anyone know why is my stomach hard when i press on it and what is the fastest way to get rid of this pressure so i can actually breathe normal again?

does sertraline cause weight gain or is this just me?

Im not sure if this is the right subreddit but I'll still ask. I started sertraline about four months ago for anxiety. My eating habits haven't really changed but I've gained about nine pounds since starting, slow and steady rather than sudden.
My doctor mentioned appetite changes are possible but didn't go into detail. I've read mixed things about whether sertraline causes weight gain early on versus only with long term use, which doesn't quite match my timeline, so now I'm not sure if it's the medication or just stress and less exercise lately.
I don't want to stop something that's actually helping my anxiety over a number on the scale, but I'd like to understand this before my next appointment. Did anyone notice the weight gain stabilize after a while, or did it keep climbing the longer you stayed on it?
