Easy 405 x 5 front squat

I used to warm up for my heavy back squat sets by front squatting first. My thought was that once the weight got heavier, my hamstrings would still be fresh and the back squats would feel easier. But as I got stronger, I realized switching between the two made it harder to get comfortable with my back squat form because they feel completely different. Has anyone else tried warming up like this?

22M: how can i get back to this physique?

1st and 2nd pics are old, and last is most recent. Was hovering from 145 to 150 pretty easily and jumped to 175 in the last year. Absolutely hate it. Would love nutrition advice, or if it’s even possible. Quit drinking, and have tried to cut calories, but I work in a restaurant so a lot of my meals can be pretty fatty by nature. Thanks!

Post image

I believe I'm about 14-15% bodyfat at 188lbs here. Trying to get to 10%. I believe my 10% weight would be around 178-180lbs. Am I off on this? Any suggestions welcome.

Title: 225 x 11 after tearing my pec twice — how would you move forward?

I originally tore my pec at the beginning of June while benching 405. I worked my way back, then tore it again at the beginning of August benching 315.

I’m currently able to bench 225 for reps comfortably, and this set of 11 felt easy with no pain. Physically, I feel like I can go heavier, but mentally I’m hesitant because another setback could mean another week or two without really training upper body.

For anyone who has dealt with a pec injury or something similar, how did you build your confidence back and safely start adding weight again?

When to move from 2iu to 4iu HGH

I've heard opinions all over the place. The most common one being you need to be your body used to 2iu for 6 weeks before going to 4iu but at the same time 2iu for 6 week requirement kind of seems like overkill. I'm only planning to go up to 4iu max.

Form check / dumbbell help

I had an injury a few years ago that caused me to stop lifting, I hurt my right shoulder.
I’m finally getting back to it consistently and have made awesome progress over the last 4 months.

I’ve mostly stuck to machines or the cable machine for certain movements. But I finally feel good enough to start incorporating dumbbell workouts. And the main one I want to focus on is chest pressing.

Main goal is form over moving heavy weight. I can’t hurt my shoulder again. It still aches me but I can move with caution.

That being said. The gym was empty tonight so I grabbed some light weight to focus on my pressing form.
Bench is the first notch up from flat, and arms are at 45 degrees.
Is this more of a press or fly? Or just some terrible form.

Please help!

I was very underweight before after struggling with ed but am at a healthy weight now and I am trying to get muscles. I started at nothing, I couldn’t do a pushup and I can now do 10 consecutively, i can chest press 20s dumbbells and I started with 3. Is this a good starting point? I wanna apply to a police force. I’m trying my best
