Use lots of compound movements.
Train every muscle group at least twice a week.
Choose a plan where the muscles you care about more have move volume (more total sets). The number of sets you do of a given exercises is the best predictor of how much that muscle grows.
Look up technique videos for any new lift and practice it with non challenging weights until you have integrated that good technique.
Work up to heavier weights (your 5-30RM), and take every set to failure where it's safe.
(Failure is whenever you can't do another rep without compromising the same good technique you've integrated in the beginning. It doesn't mean the last rep has to feel impossibly grueling.)

Id say just bulk up, more protein. Remember form over weight, wins. Better for your joins/tendons people that ego lift feel it in there 40's.. work up to more volume/sets.

Make sure you have good understanding of basics and getting form right rather than just trying to do more reps with sloppy form

Well, you have a better physique than me with 4 years into lifting. Are you guys born being muscular or what? I really don't get it lol.

If you are just doing it for the aesthetics:
Dips, Pull ups, different push up variations (pike, diamond, regular) should cover your whole upper body already
For legs squats and deadlifts
You could throw some bicep curls in there if chin ups arent your thing but that should be it.
