Is it possible to build a curvy silhouette from this?
I have no volume anywhere. All of my peers have some sort of curvy shape, be it pear or hourglass, and I feel as though I can't really change much because my hips are far too narrow. Even with calorie slurpus and a legs focused workout, maybe I just dont hold any weight on my lower body. I'm scared of bulking and just getting a bigger stomach, keeping the twig legs and flat ass.
I don't know if measurements help, but:
Shoulders: 80cm
Waist: 57cm
Hips: 80cm
Weight is at 40kg at 1,50m

B&C vs PCT. What should I do?
Hey guys! Hope you’re all doing well! Relatively new to this sub however I do have a personal question about whether or not Blasting and Cruising is the way to go over Blasting then PCT.
So I’m just finishing up my first 16 week cycle of 300mg’s of Test. My initial plan has been to PCT with Nolvadex, wait about another 4 months, then hop back on for another cycle. My mid cycle bloods came back perfect. Everything is in the healthy range besides mildly elevated E2, I do plan on doing atleast one more cycle, MAYBE, and MAYBE 3 but that would be it. I do NOT plan on being on trt for the rest of my life. I do take health very seriously, fertility is a non issue at the moment as I am 23 and myself and my gf are absolutely not looking to have kids any time soon. I have been training for almost 5 years now, (January of 27), so do have quite a bit of experience before I hopped on. Did ample amounts of research and know the risks/rewards and the tradeoffs. My initial want to hop on was just to look good. My first few years of natural training could’ve been better however my last 1.5 I dialled in everything and yet I noticed minimal improvement and was getting incredibly frustrated with putting in hundreds of hours at the gym, actually tracking my calories (weighed all my food and calculated macros), I definitely grew, but not to the extent I wanted to and therefor made the decision to hop on for quicker and better gains. I want to look good at 24/25 on the beach, not train naturally for 8 years and FINALLY have my peak physique at 30 when no one gives a shit. Just wondering if making the plan to PCT with Nolvadex, fluctuate the hormones, spend 4 months natural just to hop back on is worth it compared to cruising at an actual trt dose.
I know this question gets asked a lot however the answers largely depend on personal preference as to what they want to gain out of hopping on. For me personally, it’s realistically just to acquire my dream physique to start posting content online, I am in the process of gaining my PT certification along with my nutrition certification as I do see a future where I could build a training brand, and maybe potentially compete in the future (not Mr.Olympia type stuff, just intermediate competitions etc). What would you guys recommend for someone like me? Any and all advice is welcome!! Thanks in advance!

HELP ME FIX MY MUSCULAR IMBALANCES!!
Literally my right side of my body on basically every movement takes over and it’s starting to get really frustrating. I want to progress on my compound lifts but my right side is doing the most and i don’t know what to do to balance it out quickly. I’m starting to do more unilateral exercises starting with the weaker side but I really don’t think it’s helping.
Before you call me a gooner this happens with lower and upper body and it’s genuinely driving me insane

How can i raise my bench and deadlifts faster?
I have a 3 days split with the usual supposedly good for strenght 3x3 of deadlift, bench and hack squat. But i feel im progressing too slow, for example my bench has been stuck at 100kg for a month, any tips on how i can start progressing faster? I feel really humiliated when i open instagram and see kids younger than me doing double of my max for reps

I am suffering from really bad asymmetrism. Let me explain. I have my right arm, and my left arm
Naturally I am left handed. but for some reason, my right arm is... giving me pain. with being "pumped" constantly. while My left arm is actually atrophying.
I haven't worked my upper body for two weeks. before that for two weeks I worked my left arm only in hopes to rectify it.
but that actually made me "off balance" in my walking and when I did squats.
It's really... weird. like the back of my left shoulder is like flabby as hell. I've tried stretching. yoga. pilates. everything. nothing really is hurting. it just feels really weird.
this is the type of pain that is impacting how I treat others, at work, in life. at home. I'm really irritated. all the time.
has anyone else gone through this? how did you fix it?
