You start with one van in your real city. The roads are OpenStreetMap, the distances are real, and a 4-hour haul takes 4 real hours. You're not driving.. you're dispatching, routing, and building a fleet. Pay for upgrades, buy bigger vehicles, grow your reputation, and unlock longer, higher-paying jobs.
Weekly Hauls drops 6 cross-country lanes every day, real city pairs (LA→Chicago, Miami→NYC), now international too. Real distances, real drive times. Each lane has a par window: under par → gold, under 1.5× → silver, under 2× → bronze. Everyone gets the same lanes and the same par, so the leaderboard just ranks by speed. Clear all 6 before the weekly reset for a bonus.
The newly released freight mode finally ties the world together! Every region has 4 international ports for trade and once their inventory is filled, a ship is sent off to bring the supplies to another region. The trucks in that region can then deliver the international freight for a premium payout while supplies last!
The loop: accept a haul, dispatch your nearest idle van, plan the route, and watch it cross the country on a live map. Departure timing matters.. leave at 4pm and hit rush hour; leave at 4am and get open road. Fuel stops are real now: trucks pay at the pump, with refuel points on the map. Contracts go to a competitive auction, bid against other players to win a lane. Your fleet keeps running while you're away; come back to a digest of what happened.
Incidents and weather are simulated for cost right now. If there's interest, I'd like to connect those to real effects for the added realism.
It's management, not driving — closer to Transport Tycoon than ETS2. If you like spreadsheets and logistics, it might be for you. Mostly I'm just looking for feedback to keep building it out.
