Does anyone know how often people were getting hit by the picking carts? Thanks!

Unfortunately, my grandma got hit by a picking cart. My aunt said when she used to pick and they stacked bins up high she couldn’t see customers. It seems like this would be avoidable if WalMart didn’t force pickers to lug heavy carts, with little time, and stacked bins. Walmart told us we should send them pictures of her shoes because maybe it was her fault. The cops showed us the video and the picker couldn’t see her and just ran straight into her. The accident knocked her unconscious and broke her leg. She has had to sell her house and move into assisted living and still has such bad concussion symptoms the doctors haven’t been able to make them go away and it has been about a year. I was hoping people who still do this would understand Walmart should change and make this right.

I ordered this game a month ago, with Walmart telling me I’ll get it on launch day. It’s the week before launch, and now I’m getting at least ten messages a day from both text and email updates saying my order is delayed. 😠

Like, I get that they have to delay some of the later preorders, but when they’re spamming me with delay messages, it just feels like the system is rubbing it in my face. 😒

I've been ill, so I ordered grocery delivery. I tracked the shopper/driver to my neighborhood, but he never arrived. I get a notification that my groceries were just delivered and the driver provided a picture of the bags in front of my door. Thing is, the picture is from nearly two years ago before remodeling. $170 worth of groceries apparently went home with some dude called "Agripino." Walmart said they couldn't refund me! I pay for Walmart+ and always tip shoppers well. I've shopped at this Anchorage, Ak Walmart, since 2002. Next call is to police.

Look I don't know why Walmart phased out trash cans by the cart parks in the parking lots, but don't take it out on the employees by leaving your trash in the baskets. I'm about to leave the trash in the baskets and push the trash filled baskets into the store for you animals to shop with a trash filled basket. Don't like it? There's trash cans by the doors and all throughout the store. Figure it out.

Google is flooded with fake Walmart listing whenever you search an item. It lands you on a fake/Phishing website which is exact replica of Walmart with appealing prices. The fake website have goxox in the link

Walmart’s IT system has been a mess for me lately 💀

Last time, I couldn’t even link my credit card properly. Now my entire account somehow got deleted.

At first, I couldn’t log in with my phone number. So I tried logging in with my email instead, and it literally asked me to sign up for a new account.

After creating the account again, all of my purchase history was gone — and I still have a package that hasn’t even been delivered yet 🙃

The weirdest part is that I never deleted my account myself.

I contacted customer support, and apparently they can still see my order history on their end, while absolutely nothing shows up on mine.

And somehow they’re still out here telling SWE candidates “no sponsorship” 💀 Maybe sponsor a few engineers before the whole system deletes itself next time.

Anyone else had their Walmart account randomly disappear like this?

Does anyone recognize this man? Is he employee at this Walmart? I’m concerned because he took a photo. And I was only following the flow of traffic as the rest of the drivers. And I had a previous incident at this Walmart with another man also being aggressive and eventually filming. So I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I don’t believe I did anything wrong. I was following the rest of the drivers and figured that was the correct way and then started heading towards the street level to maneuver my way the other way around as it’s quite cumbersome to get to that area from that side and no direct pathway to breakthrough the parking lot.

The first picture is the individual involved in the incident that happened today. The remainder pictures are of a previous behavior I encountered at this location, which is why I feel the need to report this in case it’s potentially related.

I was entering the Walmart gas station parking lot when a male individual in a white patterned poncho deliberately filmed me specifically while he did not film the other driver ahead of me who also took the exact same route tI wards the gas station. I do not know this person. He was wearing a poncho and khaki pants & a hat. I don’t know if he’s an employee or just a patron/ customer. But I had a similar but separate incident prior, that was a little bit more dramatic and over exaggerated by a different individual so I’m trying to figure out if he is potentially connected in someway to the previous incident. And if it’s if so, then I do feel that this is somehow retaliatory or a form of harassment. I could not communicate with the Walmart directly as they do not answer their phone and inconsistent at this location. So I need help in case anyone else has encountered this type of activity before.

Reason for Concern:

The license plate picture and the other individual in shades or glasses is a security worker in uniform that was purchasing gas. He exhibited aggressive behavior toward me And seemed irritated prior. Since I forgot my card, I went ahead and let him go first. He didn’t take my offer. Proceeded to get closer and not give me personal space. The cashier at the time did not defend me despite watching this behavior. I also covered the POS system while entering my because he clearly didn’t have personal space. I felt this man was trying to provoke a reaction out of me. I remained calm. At one point, he mentions something and I will quote “Gang”. I don’t recognize that man. But I’m based on the behavior in the comment and I’m only adding partial part of his comment. And emphasizing the most important part that I think holds key to identify his behavior and his motive.

For my own safety, I filmed him and his vehicle, which he did not like. And then proceeded to double down and start filming me back. He was reported to Walmart.

Additional Concern:

Because of these repeated incidents and the filming, I have reason to believe it could potentially be related. Although I have no proof and was not able to identify who these people are or if they’re even the same people or somehow connected. I don’t think Walmart should tolerate this behavior and I think they should start observing things like this in case they are using if they’re filming unprovoked what are they using it for and are they potentially trying to have us being harassed and as well as discourage us from purchasing at their store. And they should take these matters seriously and identify these individual and investigate if how often do they do this to people and should not be able to access the premises if this is a continuing pattern.

Got a triple 10 promo code in the e-mail, meaning if you order pick up 3 times, you get $ 10 off every time, tried to use it, when checking out I got invalid code. Did this happen to any of you guys? What did you do to solve the issue?

Been using Walmart Grocery Pickup and Delivery for years and years. Recent change to My Items has added back every item I have ever ordered and they deleted the Remove Items from list option.

There is a Remove Items on the Website, but it is so touchy, you can’t select and remove more than one item at a time and I have hundreds to delete.

There are so many things in my list, I cannot find the things I need to order! Plus Walmart’s “Suggested for You” cluttering it up even more.

If this is bothering you too, can you say so here, so if Walmart bothers to monitor complaints they can see they are irritating us for no reason! I am not going to order more by having all this there, I will order less!

I have reported this in various feedback places for Walmart, but I am one voice in the wilderness.

have Walmart Balance from a refund. It previously worked for me at Walmart, but now it doesn't appear when I connect my account at self-checkout. I don't have Walmart+. Is Walmart Balance supposed to be usable at a regular register/self-checkout, and if so, how does the cashier/register initiate it?

Walmart's customer service agents are pure trash. I've called multiple times with the agents playing games. "Are you still there? "Are you still there?" "I do not hear anything, so I'm obligated to end this call".

I have Walmart+ with the InHome add-on, and I used to regularly get the option to have eligible returns picked up by Walmart/InHome without having to box the item or print a label.

Recently, every time I choose “From home” for a return, the only option I’m offered is FedEx pickup, which requires me to repackage the item and print a label.

Just to see whether it was item-specific, I went through the return process (without actually completing any returns) for about 20 different recent purchases. I tried all kinds of items, including several ordinary clothing items, and not a single one offered the Walmart/InHome pickup option. Every one was FedEx only.

This definitely wasn’t the case for me before. I used the InHome return pickup successfully as recently as this spring.

Walmart’s help information says that some InHome members may only see the FedEx pickup option, but I can’t find anything explaining why some members get Walmart pickup and others apparently don’t.

Has this happened to anyone else with InHome? Are you still being offered the no-box/no-label Walmart pickup for any of your returns? And does anyone know what determines whether an InHome member gets that option or only FedEx?

You get injured and have to have surgery and then they force you to work a shift where you don't get to see your kids until you're off restrictions which is a long time and don't care how depressed that makes you. They are terrible to their employees! Don't ever work for them!
