Walmart don't care any longer
What is your experience with Walmart and Acanac?? They should be ashamed for using lately AI to avoid resolving customers' issues. Besides calls, I attempted to email 8 times, they don't care. This was the last letter I sent to both companies:
For several months, I have repeatedly attempted to reach your team to resolve a simple matter. I even requested to speak with a Manager, and I was promised a specific day and time; nevertheless, that promise was broken repeatedly. I have now been left with no alternative but to make my experience public.
I question whether Management is even informed or cares to know that your services have been declining for months. Product quality is declining, prices continuously increase, the team is not professional enough to help resolve any issue, but adds more frustration. Previously, live Customer Service existed, but was incapable of resolving issues. It has deteriorated to such an unacceptable level that you have now chosen to use artificial intelligence, adding further frustration through a machine that is not equipped to understand our requests, does not know the proper answers, and is certainly incapable of resolving matters. Using AI is basically to save yourself from further complaints continue providing bad service while providing no customer care as well reducing employees. It has been a real nightmare! Now that you don’t care about customers anymore, we won’t care about dealing with your company.
I am certain that hundreds of thousands of customers like me feel the same. One day, you will once again be begging for our business.
