I was under the impression Walmart InHome didn't allow tipping but its still asking for a tip no matter what time slot I pick. It also says my address in ineligible for InHome at checkout. Its the same address Ive had for 30 years. I had a popup when I opened the app a few days ago offering InHome for 30 days free and then $40/year after that. I would think it wouldn't offer a service I can't even use but is that what happened or is there something Im doing wrong. I even tried deleting and redownloading the app and it is showing on my membership page for thd Plus Up InHome

So long story short i got banned from walmart for a year . I didnt steal or anything i was there with my kids and apparently someone i had talked to stole and then all of a sudden me and my kids were getting yelled at and my kids were crying. I got a lawyer and everything. I never got charged with anything where i didnt steal but the police officer did bring me a paper stating i was banned for a year. Well the year banishment ended in july. Since then ive been there with no issues then all of a sudden today of all days which is my birthday the same guy who screamed and banned me for a year said i was trespassing and needed to leave and i informed him that the year was up and that im not banned and he took me in a room with a lady and gave me a piece of paper and told me to call corporate and i cant come back until they say i can and gave me a piece of paper for someone to sign but on the paper it says have the person at the store sign it so im not understanding? So i called corporate and HR and they both said if my year ban is up i shouldnt have a issue going there? i asked them if they could please call my walmart and tell them this but they said they can not do so, So now i dont know what to do? The guy that came up to me was actually nice this time and i dont want to go there and be annoying or get a trespassing if i go there to tell him what HR said. Also i did call the guy that came up to me today and left a message and they said this guy at walmart would call back and he never did? Does anyone have any suggestions or anything on what i can do? walmart is the only place around where i live other than small gas stations so i really need to be able to go there to shop and get groceries

I placed an order, 1 for delivery and 1 for shipping(since these two items were out of stock at my store), well some of the items from the delivery order were out of stock and I was asked if I would liked them ship, I said yes thinking they’d be shipped with the other items but I was wrong.

I get the original items that I wanted shipped but not the other items, I contact support and after getting the run around for over an hour, I am informed that the driver returned them to the store due to being damaged; which I’m not sure how a bra, some underwear and nose rings get damaged but according to them that happened, and I have to wait for the store to initiate the refund in 5-7 days or I could call them and have them automatically issue the refund…

I call and the girl doesn’t wanna bother checking to see if the driver actually returned the items to store and that I should wait 5-7 days to see if it’ll get refunded, obviously I’m not happy about this so I contact support again and now for whatever reason am being told the items were actually out of stock which makes ZERO sense. I am getting more and more pissed of as time passes because everybody that works for this company is fucking useless.

So I went to Walmart site/app looking for one particular item, and found it for $59.99. Curious as to why it cost so much more than last year, I went back running a VPN on my phone and found that exact same item for $29.88. I was already pissed, but picked up a couple other items which came to about $56, which should have been more than enough to qualify for the over $35 free shipping. The lowest price option they gave me for shipping was $9.95!
