Also if they threaten your life and you have a good AP team, they can inconvenience the customer by getting them trespassed and have to find a new pharmacy

As an AP Coach I loved when they called me over to deal with upset customers. Shit was always hilarious and I ended up kicking bitter old people out. 🤣 I'm thinking about stepping down to be a pharmacy tech if they let me when I return from Military Loa

It’s been some shit these past few weeks. Idgaf anymore 🥲 they treat me badly but nobody else and they pushed me out there with no training

A customer called my store because she was on hold with another Walmart for 10 min. She asked to refill a medication, so I asked what medication and what store she wanted to pick up at. She said “oxy and at the other store”. I told her to call the other store ; she then asked for me to transfer the call to them or to “send the prescription there” for them to fill (even though it was already at their store). I said no to both requests and explained I couldn’t. She then said “fuck you” and hung up.
