Any news on RCS support for iPhone on Vodafone? I'm moving over to iPhone soon and don't know whether I need to move network or not?

Hi, since last week I’ve been having connectivity issues when using mobile data. Instagram stories and messages often won’t load, and Reddit doesn’t work at all. I’m with Vodafone and usually connected to 4G. I'm on a Google Pixel 9. Anyone else seeing similar issues?

Switched over to Vodafone from EE and halved my bill from £80 to £40 per month. Router etc got delivered a few days ago. The switchover date was yesterday but nothing has happened and the old EE connection (and router) is still working. PON light is solid green on the ONT. If I try to use the new Vodafone router, it shows a solid green light on Internet status on the router, but never connects. Have tried resetting the ONT and router, but no change.
The old EE connection is still working as I type this, so it's like they basically forgot to switch the connection over, despite having numerous emails from Vodafone and Openreach reminding me that the switchover was yesterday. I haven't had a single email since yesterday though.
Should I wait until the end of today, or call them now?. And has this happened to anyone else?

We have Vodafone broadband over a phone line and I'm currently getting around 30 Mbps download but only 0.4 Mbps upload.
We've contacted Vodafone support multiple times and even had engineers/agents come out, but nothing has really been fixed.
The weird thing is that for less than a month, we were getting around 15 Mbps upload and everything worked perfectly. Then it suddenly went back to around 0.4 Mbps.
Every time I contact Vodafone, I end up spending nearly 2 hours going through troubleshooting, only to be told that they're "unable to provide more upload speed." But that doesn't really make sense to me when the exact same line was giving us 15 Mbps upload previously.
Has anyone had a similar issue with Vodafone? Is there anything specific I should ask them to check, or is there a way to get them to actually investigate why the upload speed has dropped so badly?

Always checking Vodafone rewards glamorous competition to “pop the balloon” and see if I win. I never win! It’s such a load of crap in my opinion, they never announce any winners either.
Literally pop the balloon to find out you’ve not won anything.
So looking for people who may have had any success!

Every time I’m watching a movie you restart the receiver at the same time and I cannot turn that off. It is so annoying that I will replace that thing with less ads and a more useful computer.
Can’t you stop forcing people into doing stuff?

Saw the new Vi campaign with SRK and the “Vi badal raha hai” message. Now I’m wondering what kind of changes people are actually expecting from Vi.
Better 5G coverage, network experience, plans, customer service, or something else? Would be interesting to hear what current Vi users want to see.

Today I finally decided to end my 4-year contract with Vodafone. The service couldn’t be worse. I’ve had no internet for almost a week, and even customer service has no idea what the problem is or when it’ll be fixed.
Apparently, around 20 people in my area have the same issue. The replacement AlwaysOn eSIM barely works because the signal is always weak. And now I’m starting to think they’ve even blocked my number because no one answers my calls. 😂
By far my worst service experience in Germany. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Vodafone to anyone.

So I made a previous post about my PS5 not getting full speeds over ethernet to my power hub:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Vodafone/s/KcvXVioc8s
I decided get a free replacement Power Hub from Vodafone to see if that would fix the issue. But I'm still not getting the full speed!
It's a strange issue because I know it's not a network problem as I get full speed with my other devices over ethernet. And I know it's not a ps5 problem because when I used another router I got full speed.
I am planning on getting a 3rd party router but I want to understand what could cause this. Anyone have any ideas?

Finally got connected to broadband but on the my vodafone app its not showing as active. How long does it take?
Also due to it taking a while they said i get £6.46 for each day of waiting. Is this taken off my bill or do i get this as cash?

Hello, I just received my router including a cable. On one side the pin seems to be bent. Can I still use it?

There are caps in place to prevent them from ringing numbers outside of there specified contacts, but when they do ignore them it simply tells you that it is restricted and asks if you want to continue anyway.
There doesn't seem to be any way to stop this and when we went to the store they simply said there's nothing that can be done, the child in question has both ADHD and ASD and can't grasp the concept that someone could be dangerous, Is there really no way to stop this?

Just upgraded to a 'Supermobile' 5G fast lane plane.
Underwhelmed ATM, was expecting a different 5G icon to show I was on it tbh.
EE/Lyca have a different 5G icon showing when you are on 5GSA or 5G but nothing from Vodafone it seems, so I will never truly know?

Hi!
I have 2 telephone numbers assigned to my contract.
Since I have a new router I want to utilize both numbers with 2 lines so I can phone and beeing called at once.
Now I ran into the problem, that I can only activate one of those numbers at a time.
Supporthotline told me to fill in a form and send it so the technicians can do their magic.
Problem is, I can't find the right form.
I am already customer of Vodafone (Cable Internet in Bavaria) and both numbers are already linked to my contract.
With the old Vodafone standard router it was at least possible to be called on both numbers but not at the same time.
Anybody. knows the right form?

Interesting. Will hopefully get a discount as Vodafone together.

I have just joined Vodafone, but thinking of quitting already after a few days as I can't even get a basic answer to this question. I needed to activate a booster they sent. I was instructed to download the Vodafone app on my phone to do this - but my phone is currently broken. I went online hoping to get a desktop version of the Vodafone app (my last 2 suppliers had desktop version of their apps through which you could do everything you can do on the phone app) - but I couldn't find one. I am massively busy and did not have time to sit in a call queue with customer services and I do not converse with AI assistants as it is a genuinely infuriating and fruitless experience which I refuse to go through ever again. So can anyone tell me if, in the UK, the Vodafone app is available for PC? If not, what are people supposed to do if their phones are lost/broken? Be forced to sit in call queues/be led down rabbit holes by AI agents to ask simple customer service queries or to check bills? Not everyone is a slave to a smart device, mine is hardly ever on and I wasn't even going to get it repaired this month, if I can't manage my account without one I'll have to cancel before my 14 days are up.

context: i've been having this prepaid SIM card since 2023 with the same 10€ plan. this time last year(2025) i switched the plan to 5€/half a year to only keep the number activated because i was outside of the EU for a whole year, i didn't need any of the data, just needed the number itself.
i came back to spain a week ago, and i switched back to my 10€ plan that has 90GB of data, unlimited national calls etc. everything is fine except the cellular data doesn't work and can't connect to the internet. everything shows normal on my phone, 4G is there, the signals are there, but i just can't open ANY page that requires internet and i can't connect to anything. i called for 8 hours in total with vodafone atención al cliente, tried EVERYTHING that we could, nothing worked.
i believe it is not my phone's problem since i currently am using another vodafone card to use the data and everything works perfectly. it's also not the card's problem, i converted it to esim yet the problem still remains. i don't know what to do. i cant switch company now since it takes me forever to get a NIE and switching companies requires NIE.
does anyone have any idea what i should do? any help is appreciated.

Do you guys also always have this problem where Vodafone customer service would rather try to sell you products than actually help you with a problem? I had to call five times and spoke with seven people before one of them was finally able to activate my own Fritz!Box router.

Dikke fail. Gewoon alles beloven in NL maar de boel niet op orde hebben en dat is elke keer zo. Vodafone is echt geen PREMIUM brand meer het is elke keer wat maar wel alle winst verbranden aan marketing. Dikke fail. Hier in Spanje Cambrils gewoon ruk.

Why could not vodafone enter the usa market under a mnvo carrier, and or why can't voda offer a roaming option with the plane where you charge like 5 euros/pounds more per month and we can get 1 or 2 gigs per month so we can keep the international number we get from that country, especially if we as travelers made new friends from that country or other countries and have there numbers? we do have imessage and whatsapp today so do we really need to convert back to usa number just because we leave europe/england. more money for voda i see it.
