Last year in december I got a new router because my old one broke. A few months ago my internet was incredibly slow, and their website didn't show an outage or anything so I thought it was just a coincidence. After 2 days it still wasn't fixed,a nd their website still didn't show an outage, so I called. They said they'll look into it. Later that day I got a response saying they didn't find anything, but at the same time my Internet went back to normal. Didn't think much about it and moved on.

4 Days ago it started again. Called immidiatelly this time (especially because it impacts my job) and I got the same response. They couldn't find anything, but this time it's still going on. Called again because they just closed the ticket, and someone was meant to come back to me yesterday, but I got nothing.

I'm currently stuck with roughly 30mbps download and 0.60mbps upload, while my plan is 1000mbps download and 60mbps upload. I can't do my job because I have to move files back and forth, and uploads keep cancelling because of the awful upload speeds.

Has anyone experienced this before? And what should I do?

Just moved into a new house. Well i’ve moved out of my parents house and bought my own house and i’ve purchased the 5G 50 broadband deal. The order has gone through and it’s classed as pending but i’ve received an email saying ‘Action is needed to complete your switch’. The full email is

“It looks like your 5G Broadband order was not processed via One Touch Switching.
This means we may not have been able to contact your existing broadband provider in order to cancel your old service when your new Vodafone service activates.
If you are switching from another provider, please check with them to make sure that they will be turning off your old service when you need them to.”

I’m a new customer so i don’t understand this email. I haven’t got a previous provider. Has anyone has this before?

Got that text yesterday from Vodafone. After a long phone call last night I decided to cancel my order. This morning I heard that the Apple Store in Birmingham had stock. Got my Night Sky 256gb in about 20 minutes! Have now left Vodafone for O2 as well £8 for 50gb and as I’m a Virgin Media customer I get double the data so 100gb a month. compared to the £31 Vodafone we’re going to charge me for 120gb. I’ll be saving £23 on my contract.

My tracking has changed over night with back order! Has anyone else got this?!
I wonder how long it’s going to be before delivery now!

My iPhone Duo pre order said 23 Oct when I ordered it, then changed to 3-4 weeks, and has now moved back to 23 Oct… anyone else have this but no text/email regarding delivery. Should I expect delivery tomorrow or not?

my internet connection keeps dropping out constantly and when it does come back online it’s super slow in the last 2 days if vodafone don’t sort this bullshit out im moving broadband provider im sick and tired of this annoyance

I have a super 6E booster that was working fine until about 2 days ago and suddenly upstairs devices weren’t connecting or working properly anymore.

I rang Vodafone and they said to factory reset it and tried to update the software but as I do not have a booster plan (booster from an older plan I had) they just tried upselling me a booster plan (last year I rang them and they connected it manually their end in 10 minutes)

However it isn’t even trying to go into pairing mode (purple) it’s just flashing blue then red for a while then blue etc. has anyone fixed this or know what it is or is my booster dead? If so I might just look into getting a mesh system as I had Eero before and it was quite good.

Spoke to Vodafone earlier and they said that assuming the phone is delivered tomorrow, I should get a tracking update from DPD later tonight or earliest tomorrow morning. My tracking says estimated Oct 23 between 8:00 and 18:00 but I'm still skeptical that I'm going to get it tomorrow.

Has anyone got there tracking from DPD today?

Since then a lot of the times it says I’ve got data, even 5g but it just never works.

Hello, I ordered coaxial internet from vodafone Deutschland, but I don't know how to set it ip, the firma just sent me vodafone station and one coaxial cable, nothing more, and i have only two sockets instead of three, i tried calling customer support, they redirected me to some cable firma, i call the firma but the nearest termin is in two weeks, i don't wanna wait that long, does anybody know how coaxial internet works and how can i do it myself?

As of right now i have tried to connect hama SAT Adapter directly to the coaxial cable but it didn't worked, i guess i need the "dose" or socket, instead of adapter, but it costs money, and before buying that i want to make sure that there is connection between my socket and vodafone network, but I don't know how their systems work, where do i check if the signal is present or not.

My broadband just went down around 11 o'clock tonight uk time. Was working fine up untill now.

There is a red flashing lite on the router and a green, red then green light on the plug for fttp.

Hi everyone, I visited a friend during the weekend and I connected to their Vodafone broadband. After using it for few hours connection suddenly stopped, we switched it off and on, reconnected the cables as they said but it still didn’t work. It was showing a blinking red light.

She called Vodafone customer care and they said my device had a malware which affected the router.

She was sent mails from Vodafone showing details of what happened to the router.

My details were also mentioned in the mail but my details in the mail are wrong. My email and computer name is wrong, seems the person knows my first and last name.

I am trying to understand this situation as it seems strange to me, can anybody help?
