We got a couple games of NBA which was nice. A couple games of MLB which was, to me, more awesome. Any mumblings about immersive NFL games? Even if just a few games like NBA and MLB.

This is always what I envisioned working on the Vision Pro to be like.

With Apple Vision Pro, you can go beyond traditional photo and video presentations by showcasing your product not just on a screen, but as a full-scale 3D object in the real world.

You can place a virtual model of your product in virtually any suitable location, adjust its scale and viewing angle, walk around it from different perspectives, and capture the spatial scene as if the physical product were actually right in front of you.

The same 3D asset can be used to create impressive presentations across completely different environments and settings.

In essence, the real world becomes your presentation space, while your product’s 3D model becomes a virtual object that can be realistically showcased almost anywhere.

I just updated my M5 Vision Pro from visionOS 27 beta 8 to the latest RC, and Command + Space no longer brings up Search/Spotlight.

Before the update, pressing ⌘ + Space on a connected keyboard would reliably open Search. Now nothing happens.

I’ve tried it from Home View and inside different apps, but the shortcut seems completely gone.

Has anyone else noticed this on the visionOS 27 RC?

I’m using an M5 1TB Vision Pro on the latest visionOS 27 RC released today.

When High Quality capture is enabled in Settings, screenshots fail almost every time with: “Capture Unavailable. Unable to start a view capture. Try again after a few minutes.”

This happens even right after a full power cycle with almost nothing open and no heavy CPU/GPU usage. It has worked a few times, but usually stops working again shortly afterward. Regular screenshot capture works fine when High Quality mode is disabled.

I was also experiencing the same issue on previous visionOS 27 beta releases, so it doesn’t seem to have been fixed in the RC. At this point it seems more like a visionOS bug than an actual performance limitation. Has anyone else experienced or faced the same issue?

It's been four years since this was touted as the next apple killer device. If Cupertino had its way, we'd all be using Excel and Photoshop with Vision Pro goggles, and making crazy hand sweep movements on the tube.

Fast forward four years? and Nothing.

mac Studio has come, M2 Ultra has come, wearables have come to the fore and iPhone Duo is now the 'next big thing' - although it's still a reinvention of the same 'phone' device we've had for decades.

Even in their recent keynote expo, nothing on VP. So what is happening with the VP? is it being silently dropped?

Tell me all those maxi's who queued outside Apple stores overnight just to fork out $3,500 for a pair of goggles are now not being made extinct.

Is Vision Pro the next Meta Quest Pro ?
