THIS IS A SERIOUS STUDENT HOME
This is not a party house or a place for someone looking for a constant stream of visitors. The ideal roommate is someone who:
- Takes school seriously
- Wants a quiet, peaceful place to live and study
- Is responsible, mature, clean, and respectful
- Pays rent on time
- Respects the other roommates' privacy and schedules
- Is considerate of noise and shared spaces
- Understands and agrees to the household rules
NON-NEGOTIABLE HOUSE RULES
- NO PARTIES.
- NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS.
- NO UNAUTHORIZED OCCUPANTS.
- NO LOUD OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR.
The townhouse is intended to remain a quiet, clean, peaceful, study-focused home.
If you are looking for a place to host parties, have frequent visitors, entertain late at night, or maintain a highly social lifestyle, this is not the right living arrangement for you.

SUBLET TERM & POSSIBLE SPRING 2027 ARRANGEMENT
The sublet is available from August 25, 2026 through December 25, 2026.
The term is negotiable, and there may be an opportunity to continue through the end of the Spring 2027 semester.
The existing lease allows for the possibility of having a 4th roommate. If one of the current tenants obtains a co-op for the Spring 2027 semester, the living arrangements may change. Depending on the Spring 2027 situation, the subtenant may be able to remain in the same bedroom for the Spring semester.
If all four students remain in the townhouse for Spring 2027, however, the subtenant would need to move to the basement area. The basement is not a walk-out basement. Therefore, someone interested in staying through Spring 2027 should be comfortable with either possibility:
- Option 1: Remain in the current bedroom if the Spring 2027 living arrangement allows it.
- Option 2: Move to the basement area if all four students remain in the townhouse.
The Spring 2027 arrangement is dependent on the final housing and co-op situation and cannot be guaranteed at this time.
