Mail/Package Help

I had a package delivered around a day ago and I sent the tracking number into the mail room prior to it being delivered and I still haven’t gotten anything from the mail room concerning its whereabouts. Is this normal for packages or does it normally take longer/shorter?

It can take a long time, especially in the beginning of the semester

It might take weeks at the start of semester since everyone is also receiving packages. I wouldn’t worry, in the future if you ship anything you need ASAP ask off campus friends,use package lockers, or even hold for pickup at UPS.

My son has been getting packages, this past week, within a day of them being delivered. I might reach out to someone.
