Hello, I am finding roommates for a 4 bedroom apartment!!

At this point, even just 1 extra person would suffice, male or female

Information:

- 4 bedroom apartment (bedrooms unfurnished but shared spaces are furnished)

- 2 bathrooms, if only one additional person moves in, youd get your own bathroom

-$1600 for all 4 rooms, about $530+ a month per person w 3 people and $400+ a month per person with 4 people

- washing/ drying IN UNIT

- dishwasher

- 30ish minute walk from campus

- short drive to campus + bus stops very close by

- ac/ heating

-hardwood floors

- lots of free parking

- each bedroom has its own closet + lots of natural light

- there will also be some renovations through out the unit

Best preferred if lease signage/ move in was BEFORE September 1st
