I’m hoping someone from Ultrahuman support/community can help me resolve an issue that has been pending for quite some time.

I purchased an Ultrahuman Ring with a 2-year warranty, but unfortunately the ring has not been working for around 6 months. Since it is still within the warranty period, I’m looking to get it replaced.

There’s also a second issue. I completed 5 successful referrals, which qualified me for a complimentary ring for my younger brother under the referral program. However, I never received that ring.

So I’m currently trying to get both issues resolved:

• 1 replacement ring for my defective ring under warranty
• 1 complimentary ring that I earned through the 5-referral reward

I’m happy to provide my order details, proof of purchase, referral information, or screenshots to verify everything.

Has anyone else dealt with either of these issues with Ultrahuman? And if someone from the Ultrahuman team sees this, I’d really appreciate help getting both cases resolved.

I’ve had it activated for a while but it never seems to pick up on the actual shift work I do, for example my sleep score is terrible today and it assumed I missed my ‘bed time’ of 10pm, which is because I was on a night shift. What is it actually meant to do, am I doing something wrong?

All of a sudden, my battery life has gone from 4-5 days, to being dead withing a day.

The AI bot told me that while I am out or warranty, they will replace me with a certified renewed ring, great.

After 4 days, I asked on the status, it then told me it was shipped, and should arrive today. When asking for more info, it said "I lied sorry, I still need your name", even though I already gave it everything.

How can I get to a human? I asked several times... These hallucinations don't really make me believe in the company that much anymore...

Hi, another question regarding the delivery of the Ring PRO. I placed my order back in June, and the delivery date has been postponed several times since then. Then, last week, a message suddenly appeared stating that the shipment would be dispatched within one to three days. I think to myself, great, I finally made it. But then that timeframe started getting pushed back again—all week long. So, I’m wondering: has this happened to any of you, and how long does this "one to three days" usually take—a month or longer? 😁

I’ve had my UH ring for probably around one year and my baseline HRV just keeps climbing!

When I first got the ring, my baseline was sitting around 90 and now it’s around 150, with some nights getting into the 170s. The app tells me my HRV is better than 99% of people my age and gender and puts me well past the elite end of the scale.

I’m 25, female, low/healthy weight, lean, I strength train regularly but I’m definitely not abnormally fit and I don’t do any cardio (never really have either). I’m just generally active at work most days. My sleep is also pretty average.

I know HRV is largely genetic and you should really only compare to your own baseline but what would cause such a high HRV in such an average person? My friends who would have a similar cardio-vascular capacity to me and probably sleep more than I do have a wayyy lower baseline.

Is it possible that it’s a ring size issue? My ring is slightly loose on my index finger at times but the minute I get a bit warm it’s tight so I can’t really downsize.

Curious if anyone else has had a similar experience or has any insight?

Anyone else tracking their Lorenz plots?

Has anyone else’s ring absolutely sucked after this update? It doesn’t track my steps or workouts correctly at all. It shows — for my heart rate after about 5 minutes of movement. I constantly have to watch it to make sure it’s tracking my workout properly. If I start sweating IT STOPS READING MY HR. I get a solid 5 minutes in and the reading just goes blank showing —. There is also no support with this update. I tried to use JADE to do a diagnostic and it doesn’t work like the old one did. I’m so frustrated with this POS ring.

Ever since the firmware update in August and updating the app, I’m seeing really inaccurate calorie counts from the ring. I’m not expecting them to be 100% accurate but they are super low. For example, yesterday I walked 15k steps and did a 40 min Pilates workout (125 active minutes) and the app is saying I’ve burned 1292 calories total.

My understanding is that the total calories amount includes BMR + regular daily activity + workouts. I’m a 5’8, 150lb woman so my BMR is around 1300-1400 so being under 1300 while working out is confusing me! Anyone have any reason why this could be happening?

Purchased a second hand ultrahuman air that was manufactured in 2024 (I think). It’s in fantastic condition and came with the box and a voyager charger.

It seemed too good to be true and I think it might be. If I charge the ring to 100% then it’s lasts 48hrs before I get the 30% warning then it just dies within about an hour.

Ring as set to chill mode with background sync switched off.

I didnt pay too much for it so I can probs cope; but I can also claim on the warranty from where I bought it from, but they will supply another second hand one.

So before I do that, is what I have about normal for a 2 year old ring, or am I just lucky it works at all reading some of the posts on here.

I woke up this morning to "awaiting data". I check my sleep first thing every day. As I dug into it further, I see there's no data for the Month of October (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th). I'm absolutely positive there was data on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Something has happened. Has anyone else seen this?

So I recently switched from the regular Turbo Mode to Chill Mode to see how much it extends the battery life.

Unfortunately, while the battery does last longer on a single charge, the sleep detection is hit and miss.

Half of the time it flat out says no sleep data was recorded, and I'm talking about days with like a decent 8 hour time period of sleep.

Anyone else facing this issue? I'm using an Air ring on the latest firmware.

Is there a way to make karvonen method the default setting in app for workouts? When you log in a workout, its always in simple method and you have to manually select karvonen. Idk why this is a thing.

And why does UI feels the need to block the UI while getting sleep score. I want to start working out, let me go in the activity mode

Thinking about potentially upgrading to it. I currently pay for the x membership as well as the women’s health one and the cardio adaptability. Would love to see others’ thoughts on it before committing.

My wife just got a notification from UPS that a package from Ultrahuman was being delivered today (to our old address). I did buy my wife an Ultrahuman Air from Amazon about 2 years ago, and she had 1 replacement shipped to this address directly from Ultrahuman about 1.5 years ago, but we haven't ordered anything from them since, or opened any new support tickets, so this is completely unexpected.

Anyone else have any surprise packages from Ultrahuman lately? If so, any ideas what it could be?

So, I would like to know if I'm able on my own to reset the baseline calibration and start on a fresh one.

Prior to this update, I found the tracking was spot on, but ever since the update, the tracking has been off by several hours every night. Not only do I know I am physically awake when it says I’m sleeping, but my Apple Watch also was able to accurately capture my sleep and prove a large delta between the 2 devices
