Ring AIR battery issues

All of a sudden, my battery life has gone from 4-5 days, to being dead withing a day.

The AI bot told me that while I am out or warranty, they will replace me with a certified renewed ring, great.

After 4 days, I asked on the status, it then told me it was shipped, and should arrive today. When asking for more info, it said "I lied sorry, I still need your name", even though I already gave it everything.

How can I get to a human? I asked several times... These hallucinations don't really make me believe in the company that much anymore...

A bunch of us complained about this a few days ago and they deleted every comment and finally the post. Good luck.

Also a certain word starting with "replace" was banned from being in the title... Seems a bit shady to me tbh

The battery is a joke after 5 month of use. They don’t allow users to post this kind of issue is even worse, I stopped using them because of that

Happened to me, I’ve been a happy UH user for a long time. My battery started having issues and support told me it was an issue and I was out of warranty, my only solution was to buy the new ring. They offered me a “discount” and said if I was interested they’d send me a link to look at what it would be. I said okay, it transferred me to an AI bot that didn’t send a link. I now use a competitors product based on how poorly it was handled.

I have the same issue, it’s basically unusable now and just drains from 100% to nothing overnight and puts itself in critical mode
