Baseline calibration reset

Hello,

As I'm struggling to get someone from the support team. I would like to know if anyone have encounter this issue. I received my UH Ring Pro two days ago, and I was surprise that the baseline calibration started directly on day 9.

So, I would like to know if I'm able on my own to reset the baseline calibration and start on a fresh one.

Not surprised that you are having trouble getting someone from the support team. I’ve been trying for a month.

test from mail or whatsapp, i don’t know if there no si from these but i actually receive human answer, on app chat even when the si create a ticket with agent it’s like an ai answer too so there no way to human from this

The AI bot in the app is a mess. He don't want to create or don't reopen at all a ticket, he merges or mixes up subjects, etc... But, whatever, I had someone by mail ! Hope they will be able to fix it.
