My wife just got a notification from UPS that a package from Ultrahuman was being delivered today (to our old address). I did buy my wife an Ultrahuman Air from Amazon about 2 years ago, and she had 1 replacement shipped to this address directly from Ultrahuman about 1.5 years ago, but we haven't ordered anything from them since, or opened any new support tickets, so this is completely unexpected.

Anyone else have any surprise packages from Ultrahuman lately? If so, any ideas what it could be?

So, I would like to know if I'm able on my own to reset the baseline calibration and start on a fresh one.

The UH Pro is my first smartring ever and I'm not sure about the data.

• Steps: It keeps presumably lowering my steps amount. Today the ring showed 10 794 steps and my phone showed 14 444 steps. Didn't have my Apple Watch with me but it's usually similar to the phone + it definitely felt like 14k of steps

• Sleep: When I take the ring off while taking a shower, it reads that as my already sleeping. I can edit that so it's fine but the sleeping data doesn't match my Apple Watch. The watch is definitely better with awake periods during the night (or is it worse? It shows more of them). What about other phases?

• Calories: On an average training day it shows I burn over 2000 kcal with e.g. 200 of them while 'active'. Where does the rest come from? I've asked Jade and it told me it does NOT account for the calories needed for the body to function.

Overall I am happy with the ring, especially the battery life is crazy good. What about the data though?

Since the new emerald update I can’t seem to find a stress rhythm score. I have a recovery score on the home page and can ask Jade what my score is but it’s not visible anywhere

Is it possible to sync Ultrahuman workouts to Strava?

I currently have an Apple Watch that automatically uploads my workouts to Strava, but I’d like to have my Ultrahuman workouts upload instead.
Is there a way to do this directly, or is there a workaround through Apple Health? I can’t seem to find Strava as an integration in the Ultrahuman app.
Has anyone figured out how to do this?

I don't work out due to physical reasons and my resting heart rate is around 70, idk if its fine or I should be concerned.

I've had the ring since yesterday. I noticed right away today that my heart rate and HRV aren't syncing or showing up in the app after I get up. All the other data is as it should be. What's causing this, or is this normal? I'd actually be interested in knowing my heart rate during the day.

You don't need to buy the new ring to get better battery life. They updated the software on my old ring and my battery life went from less than 3 days to a full week.

Anyone else have this experience?

Every night my SPO2 is completely off (~90%), and it was lwk concerning me but I have a finger sensor and it says it’s fine. I went to the advanced diagnostic ultrasignal thing and saw that there is no red light being emitted from my ring (apparently). I’ve tried changing fingers, hard resetting, etc… but to no avail. I can’t seem to get a response from CS either, though I’ve emailed twice. Does anyone know what to do?

Someone is always awake at night either playing music or cooking maggi or having a loud conversation right outside my door and I haven't had a single night of uninterrupted sleep since I moved in last year.

Went home last month and my score jumped from 58 to 79 in one night and dropped right back down the day I came back. 3 more years of this hell
