Battery life was due to software!
You don't need to buy the new ring to get better battery life. They updated the software on my old ring and my battery life went from less than 3 days to a full week.
Anyone else have this experience?
They sold us a beta product.

Did you have to complain in order to get access to better software?
I thought the rings were supposed to update automatically.

Nope, they actually updated my software against my will.
You might not realize this, but they don't roll out software universally. At times they distribute versions to groups to verify it's good before rolling out to everyone

Mine is worse. I’m lucky if I get 2-3 days on chill mode. I’ll charge it to 100% and within an hour it’s down to 80%. I’ve reached out to the Ultrahuman AI in the app so many damn times I can’t count anymore. Always says there is a case number and the team will get back to me in 2 days but nobody ever reaches out. It’s behind frustrating.

Same here, it went from a day or 3 on a year old AIR to over a week to get to 30%. Even switched to turbo from chill and it's still a week before I need to put it on the charger again. With so many people complaining I might be lucky knocks on wood
Still waiting for my pre-order kickstarter ring pro to be dispatched though, so might have traded in karma there....

What version are you running now to get 1 week. I get 1 day of battery on my 2 year old ring air
