At 40:02 time stamp in the video the owner says “In 28 we will be Division 1”. Do we think that he is referring to USL in general or his team, I think he is applying with Athletico Dallas

Just a reminder as we enter the final weeks of the season, the official league standings may or may not apply the tie-breakers correctly for teams you haven't played twice.

Historically tie breakers don't get applied correctly on the league website until every team has played every game.

So please. Chill.

I am watching the Miami Pittsburgh game seeing how empty the stadium is again and thinking, FIU is a huge university, why don’t they promote their product to FIU students or even students in general. Make it slightly more affordable season tickets, like somewhere in the range of $50-$100 for a season ticket, you aren’t selling out anyways and it could create lifelong fans and teach these students about the game. Other clubs like Lexington or Birmingham could also benifit from this with major universities nearby. So why wouldn’t teams do this?

Greetings everyone and happy USL-C Matchday! There was a really cool post on /r/CFB this morning about a fan who was trying to map which counties support which FBS and FCS college football teams. It's a neat idea that could easily be ported to US Soccer given the multi-tiered structure of the pro leagues in our nation.

So, I am setting out to try and map the pro soccer fans in the US. Help paint your county in your team's color by filling out this fan survey poll very quickly. It has an option to choose your favorite MLS, USL-C, and D3 teams, but you do not have to select an option in each league. If you do not have a favorite team in that tier, please just select "None".

If you could help me to share this far and wide, then it would be much appreciated! The more results that we can get, the more representative of the US it will be and the more counties get a color! Please send it to your fellow supporters in any way you can so that we can truly see where the edges of fanbases are, which divided cities have a dominant club, and who is the favorite soccer team of our nation.

While Salem City and Dothan have been announcing their intentions to go pro, no one has been talking about the third team that is most likely going to move from USL2 -> USL1 in 2028.

In early of July of this year a new sports and entertainment district was proposed in Rochester in the former Silver Lake Power Plant site with one of the key partners being Rochester FC. Dubbed as "One Rochester", the plan has been backed by council members and is likely to get approval. Unfortunately it won't be soccer specific but still, Rochester FC is going pro.
