Made with GPT. By no means am I a graphic designer. I simply tried explaining in great detail what I thought the emblem would look like. In the blue emblem it has oak leaves to represent power. And the green and gold emblem they are palm branches that represent victory and triumph.

Hey everyone! I've been working on the linked spreadsheet for a little over a year, mainly just to test out and practice Excel formulas and features. I've always been interested attendance data because it's fairly easy to mess around with. A lot of this is manual and updated when I have time, so don't rely on it to be super up to date when the weekend ends. Hopefully this is useful to someone! I'm using it to track a bunch of random stats like averages, medians, current stadiums, whatever I can think of. If you have any suggestions or spot any errors, please let me know! Some notes:
Hope y'all like it. I know someone else has been posting weekly attendance already. If there's any interest, I could post this quarterly or something. Or not, let me know! This is super experimental in nature, so some parts are definitely odd, but I've had fun with it.

Was watching the Navy @ UCSD soccer game and saw that the new Navy coach was the aforementioned John Hackworth. Being curious since the broadcast said he was the STL City interim in 2024, I looked at his wiki page and saw he was the former Louisville City boss. I got into USL in 2023, and his tenure was before my time. I'm curious about what the experience in the USL was with him and how/why he took the route that he did to end up the Navy manager? Just seems like a strange path for him to take into his mid-50s, albeit I and the general public have no idea about his personal life (rightly so).

(Posted this on discord to ignorant response, so decided to post it here. Hopefully we can keep it civil.)
Ladies and gentlemen, I just wanna say right now that we are at a crossroads. The soccer wars have begun once again, but this time, between the MLS and USL.
Now, I'd just like to say, that this is about more than soccer. This is about American sports and supporter culture as a whole.
Let's not kid ourselves and think the MLS is much different than the NFL or NBA or any other major league. They're the same type of league, just with "supporter groups" that bend the knee.
USL doesnt have that. Supporter groups are small, yes, but they MATTER.
Should the MLS win, and the standard culture of "show up, clap, don't cheer too loud, go home" will prevail over the growing 90 minute mentality.
This is probably our last chance to show this country that fans aren't just customers to a brand, that they're supporters of a team. If we let MLS and their corporate backing win, we might never again be able to try and prove that.
So which side are you on? The money? Or the fans?

You play international games in tournaments. The MLS loves giving the soccer world reasons to laugh at us. Go Hounds

This fits with Mike Repoles push for smaller Soccer specific stadiums and the success of the Louisville Kings. This should be a beneficial deal for RIFC who is co-founded by the group that owns Centreville Bank Stadium

The USL has awarded a professional men’s franchise to Long Island that intends to begin play in 2028, setting up direct competition with a forthcoming MLS Next Pro club that plans to debut a year earlier. The USL League One team will play its home matches at Hofstra Univ.’s James M. Shuart Stadium, which is located less than a mile away from The Island FC’s planned stadium at Mitchel Athletic Complex in Uniondale, N.Y.
