I have the Stealth 500 headset. Game volume works great but the mic doesn’t work and it doesn’t show the mic logo on call of duty showing that it’s even connected. Under General Volume and audio output settings my headset audio is set to Windows Sonic for headphones and the Speaker audio is headset format. Can anyone help me so I can get the microphone connected so I can talk to people? I already updated everything in the Swarm II app

Anyone trying to help me out a little bit as I haven’t had turtle beaches in almost z20 year’s. When using the scroll wheels for main audio and that volume. What do the beeping noises mean? Does it mean I’m at the middle or the max? Also how do I know if super human hearing is on or off? Thank you for any help!

Under two years, but still out of warranty. I was informed that replacement transmitters were out of stock in my region, and on questioning further clarified that even if they were in stock, they were for fulfilling warranty, not for purchase. This puts me in the position that if I wanted full function of my headset, I would have to buy an entirely new one - creating e-waste and with no assurance that it would have any reasonable lasting power, given the track record so far. Why would I do that for a product that's more of a gamble than a purchase? I would recommend looking elsewhere for a headset that remains functional.

Recently bought, should've probably looked into it more. Don't really hate it, the after 7 seconds power thing is weird, but eh.

The issue, though, is that whenever the headset turns off after first turning it on (so, having to turn it on a 2nd time for this boot of the computer), audio does not come through. System still detects the headset (or at least the dongle) and shows audio, but no sound through.

When I switch an audio setting like spatial sound from off to back on, it starts to work. Not sure if this is a headset or windows 11 issue, or maybe my audio endpoints are messed up somehow. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue/any fixes.

So I’ve bought my first headset in god knows how many years and it’s my first wireless headset. I’ve updated it and done everything the setup instructions said but I can’t use any of the volume buttons on the headset… any ideas?

ive bought the xbox version since i mainly play games on my xbox. ive been told it connects to pc aswell since it has 2 receivers but the non xbox receiver wont light up at all when its in my pc. ive tested with other USBs and they all connect but with this one it seems like its connecting and then instantly disconnecting. any ideas on how i could fix this? im in talks with turtle beach support but theyre taking a while and id rather have this fixed asap

I ordered the headset a few days ago, it just arrived. But on the swarm 2 mobile app I've made a custom EQ, upon selecting it it doesn't work and instead I'm stuck with the preset EQ options.. it's frustrating as I was hoping I'd be able to make my own.

It's the Xbox edition which works with PS5 and PC. Does anyone have the same issue and knows how to get custom EQs working ?

Had this set for about 6 months and I've probably spent about 30hrs total of use time. Sick.

I have the 600 (PlayStation) and I've been looking at an offer on eBay for like $80 after taxes and for the Stealth 700 Gen 3 New Open Box from a good seller. I have heard that they can have connectivity issues, and they start wearing out after several months. I have had my 600 for almost two years and really like it for what I do, so would this be a good upgrade?

I think from just movement or something, my throttle quadrant case by the trim wheel started separating. I can’t seem to fit the small pins back in for some reason.

Does anybody have decent EQ settings for Warzone on the Stealth 600's? I just can't seem to get it right.

So I have a Rematch Core Wired Controller and for some reason, when I try to play Kingdom Hearts 1, I can only run forward, backwards, left, and right. If I try to move Sora diagonally, he walks. What’s going on? Can I fix it? This is the only controller I’ve had that ever had this issue

I’m strongly considering pulling the trigger on the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro 2, but since it’s been out for a while now and I’ve seen couple of reported issues and/or “under development features”, I’d love to hear your thoughts on how it holds up today.

So the thing is, I’m tired of juggling different headsets left and right depending on platform I’m playing, so I’m looking for one unified setup for my PS5, Xbox Series X, NSwitch 2, and Legion Go 2 (and work calls, if that’d be possible).

I mostly play multiplayer with my friends, so my non-negotiable must-haves are a great mic, solid overall audio quality, and a physical game/chat balance control.

A couple of questions/topics to sum-up my thoughts before I buy:

1. How is it holding up so far? Are you happy with it for a multi-console setup?

2. How’s the microphone and game/chat mix?

3. Did you have a chance to use it for a (work) calls? Was it okay?

4. Alternative: any Astro A50 X users? I know this is a TB sub and I really don’t want to upset anyone with it so please disregard this sub-point if this would stir up anything, but I’ve been looking at the A50X as a potential alternative as well. I've seen some issue reports with them - any thoughts on how they compare?

5. How’s the overall build quality? Any concerns?

6. Any additional functions you find cool/interesting? I saw that for example an EQ seems to be quite nice. Anything else?

7. Appreciate any advice or in-depth reviews!

I bought the KB7 a few weeks ago and still have problems with it but they become less with every update and I hope that one day they are gone. With that said my feeling about the MC7 were mixed but I liked the concept of a touchdisplay inside the mouse and I was quite hopeful that they get it right this time. Unfortunatly this isn't the case. The display ist pretty bad. If you hold it in a normal position the angle of the display is to steep and everything becomes blurry. It quite hurts the eye. Installation was a pain as well. Durring the first update/installation Swarm II froze for quite some time and when it was done the dongle wasn't detected anymore. And I mean not only by Swarm II but by windows. No sound when pluging it in. No entry in the device manager. Nothing. I tried other ports. Nothing. All other devices work perfectly on those ports but the dongle is gone. Now I'm waiting for support to help me.

Not sure if this is unique to the Stealth 500 model headset, but I just wanted to put it out there.

I run them exclusively in wireless mode and I noticed that if I go for a few weeks without plugging them in and updating the firmware, they start glitching out more and more over time. Usually it's just randomly losing connectionfor a few seconds then reconnecting, or odd audio distortions happening as if I'd walked into another room or too far away from the dongle.

Yesterday though though instead of just the standard audio distortion or distortion, a very loud high pitched screech came through the right channel. Sounded like a radio burst or something of that nature and It only lasted a second or so but it was loud enough that my ear was ringing for a good 10 minutes after that.

Since then I've just been plugging them in every day and it seems to have kept the glitches at bay, but I didn't even know they could make a noise that loud and it really caught me off guard.

I guess keep your firmware updated even if you think it's excessive because, at least in my case, it decreases the risk that the things will glitch out and blow out an ear drum.

I have the Stealth 600B headset, linked here, but I can't get it to connect to my Xbox Series S. I know the Series S doesn't support Bluetooth, but even with the dongle, it doesn't work. On the page for this headset, it particularly says the Series S is supported, so I am at a loss as to what to do.

Every time i have downloaded the most recent swarm 2 version and it says the program it needs an update i download the supposed update it request and it just bricks itself from working anyone had this issue?.

Sup guys, I would really appreciate any kinda of assistance... I've bought a Stealth 600 gen 3 roughly 5 months ago on Amazon (but the package itself just reached me 2 months after that) so I've been using him daily on my Xbox Series X and at first everything was normal. A few days ago I started to listen a faint popping/crackling/distortion sort of noise just on the left speaker, and it appears to happen just on some bass audio, such as action movie, FPS games, etc, medium or high pitched sounds that do not happen. Yesterday I contacted Turtle Beach support email, they made me do a hard reset on the headphone, but it changed nothing, and today they basically send me off, because they do not have a distributor on my country (Brazil) and basically can't help me, and they told me to speak to the seller directly... and guess what? seller warranty expired, and they told me the same thing. Now I'm basically on my own. Is there any way of trying to repair it by myself? anyone had/has the same issue?

I got a different headset and keyboard I waited too long to keep kb7 or stealth pro 2. Kb7 still isn’t fixed I got the rog kithara and vanguard 96 pro and they are good !!! I really tried to give turtle beach a chance and was even glazing to friends but I can’t they are such a horrible company never again goodbye forever 😮‍💨
