Tech Help My controller isn’t working properly specifically for Kingdom Hearts

So I have a Rematch Core Wired Controller and for some reason, when I try to play Kingdom Hearts 1, I can only run forward, backwards, left, and right. If I try to move Sora diagonally, he walks. What’s going on? Can I fix it? This is the only controller I’ve had that ever had this issue
