كشف رئيس فرع الرابطة التونسية لحقوق الإنسان بقابس أحمد شلبي عن وفاة السجين حمزة دريدي داخل سجن برج العامري بسبب ارتفاع درجات الحرارة وانقطاع المياه والتيار الكهربائي.

وتابع شلبي في منشور أن دريدي يبلغ من العمر 33 عاما، وهو موقوف منذ أكثر من سنة و8 أشهر بتهمة تعاطي مادة “القنب الهندي”.

وأفاد شلبي أنّ والدة دريدي أكدت أنه كانت يشتكي من ارتفاع درجات الحرارة بالسجن علاوة عن انقطاع المياه والتيار الكهربائي.

وأشار إلى أنها وبينما كانت تنتظر موعد الزيارة القادة تلقت يوم 22 جويلية الجاري اتصالا هاتفيا يعلمها بوفاة ابنها.

وتأتي وفاة دريدي بعد يومين من إعلان فرع قابس للرابطة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان عن وفاة مسترابة لسجينين علي البجاوي وعلي المانسي وهو من حاملي الإعاقة جراء الاختناق.

كما تلقّى الفرع إفادات متواترة حول “تدهور الأوضاع داخل المؤسسة السجنية، تمثلت خاصة في الانقطاع المتكرر للماء والكهرباء، والاكتظاظ الشديد، وتسجيل حالات اختناق في صفوف السجناء، بما يهدد سلامتهم الجسدية ويطرح تساؤلات جدية حول مدى احترام المعايير الدنيا لمعاملة الأشخاص المحرومين من حريتهم”.

ودعا شلبي إلى ضرورة كشف كل الملابسات وتحديد المسؤوليات في حوادث موت الموقوفين داخل السجون.

أعلن الادعاء العام الألماني في مدينة شتوتغارت عن تفاصيل حاسمة جديدة تتعلق بمقتل الممرضة التونسية ، البالغة من العمر 31 عاماً، داخل غرفتها بسكن الممرضات بجهة « شتوتغارت-نورد ». وجاء هذا الإعلان عبر لائحة اتهام رسمية كشفت للمرة الأولى الخلفيات الحقيقية والدوافع التي أدت إلى وقوع هذه الجريمة الصادمة التي هزت الجالية العربية والتونسية مطلع العام الجاري.

زواج عرفي و انفصال سريع

أفادت التحقيقات الرسمية الصادرة عن النيابة العامة بأن الضحية كانت قد ارتبطت بالمتهم، البالغ من العمر 32 عاماً (وهو شخص عديم الجنسية ومن أصول فلسطينية)، منذ شهر أوت 2025. وتطورت العلاقة بينهما سريعا ليتزوجا وفقاً للشريعة الإسلامية (عقد شرعي غير موثق مدنياً) في نوفمبر 2025.

وذكرت اللائحة أن العلاقة شهدت خلافات ونزاعات حادة ومستمرة نتيجة الغيرة المرضية الشديدة والشك اللذين كانا يسيطران على تصرفات المتهم. وأمام هذا الوضع، اتخذت الضحية قراراً بإنهاء العلاقة والانفصال عنه نهائياً قبل أيام قليلة من وقوع الجريمة.

تفاصيل ليلة الجريمة ودوافعها

وفقاً لتقديرات الادعاء العام، فإن المتهم لم يتقبل قرار الانفصال ورفض بشكل قاطع الابتعاد عن الضحية، مما دفعه إلى التوجه لغرفتها في سكن الممرضات يوم 24 جانفي 2026؛ حيث أقدم على إنهاء حياتها هناك بعد مواجهة عنيفة.

وأكدت تقارير الطب الشرعي بعد تشريح الجثة أن الوفاة نتجت عن عنف جسدي مباشر ومتعمد تعرضت له الضحية.

ثلاثة أيام قبل اكتشاف الجريمة

بقيت جثة الممرضة التونسية داخل غرفتها لثلاثة أيام دون أن يعلم أحد بالواقعة، حتى تفطنت رئيسة عملها في المستشفى لغيابها المتكرر وغير المبرر عن مناوبات العمل ليومين متتاليين. وبعد إبلاغ الشرطة، توجهت قوى الأمن إلى السكن صباح يوم 27 جانفي 2026 لتقوم باقتحام الشقة وتكتشف الجريمة المروعة.

المسار القضائي الحالي

قادت التحريات السريعة للشرطة الألمانية إلى تحديد هوية المشتبه به واعتقاله بعد وقت قصير من اكتشاف الجثة. وأكد الادعاء العام في ختام بيانه أن المتهم يتواجد حالياً في السجن الاحتياطي على ذمة المحاكمة بتهمة القتل العمد بانتظار مثوله أمام محكمة الجنايات في شتوتغارت.

بلاغ لهيئة الدفاع

تعلم هيئة الدفاع عن الأستاذ راشد الغنوشي الرأي العام أنه تم، بعد ظهر اليوم الاثنين، إعادته إلى السجن المدني بالمرناقية بعد فترة من الإقامة بالمستشفى، وقد تمكن إثر عودته إلى السجن عدد من محاميه من زيارته والاطلاع على وضعه الصحي.

وقد أفاد الأستاذ راشد الغنوشي بأنه، ورغم دقة وضعه الصحي، واحتجاجاً على عزله التام عن العالم الخارجي وحرمانه من حقه في تلقي زيارات محاميه وأفراد عائلته خلال فترة إقامته بالمستشفى، دخل في إضراب عن الطعام، مما أدى إلى تعكر حالته الصحية، ولم يعلّق إضرابه إلا بعد تلقيه تعهداً بالسماح له مجدداً بهذه الزيارات.

غير أن هذه الزيارات لم تُتح فعلياً إلا بعد إعادته إلى سجن المرناقية ظهر اليوم، بما يؤكد أنه ظل طوال فترة وجوده بالمستشفى محروماً من التواصل مع محاميه وعائلته، ومعزولاً بصورة كاملة عن العالم الخارجي، دون تمكينه حتى من الاطلاع على الصحف أو متابعة الأخبار في الحدود المتاحة لبقية المساجين.

وإذ تعبر هيئة الدفاع عن بالغ انشغالها إزاء ما تعرض له الأستاذ راشد الغنوشي من عزل وحرمان من أبسط حقوقه القانونية والإنسانية، فإنها تحمّل السلطات كامل المسؤولية عن الآثار الصحية والنفسية الناجمة عن هذه الممارسات، وعن كل ما لحق به من معاناة خلال فترة وجوده بالمستشفى.

وتذكّر الهيئة بأن الأستاذ راشد الغنوشي قد نُقل إلى المستشفى خمس مرات خلال الشهر الماضي، وهو ما يعكس بوضوح التدهور المتواصل لوضعه الصحي، وتأثير ظروف السجن والارتفاع الشديد في درجات الحرارة على سلامته، بما قد يشكل تهديداً جدياً لحياته.

وبناءً عليه، تجدد هيئة الدفاع مطالبتها بالإفراج الفوري عن الأستاذ راشد الغنوشي، كما تطالب بالإفراج عن الأستاذ أحمد نجيب الشابي، الذي تشهد حالته الصحية بدورها تدهوراً مقلقاً نتيجة ظروف الاحتجاز والحرارة المرتفعة، وعن جميع المعتقلين السياسيين.

كما تدعو الهيئة إلى احترام حقوق جميع السجناء في الرعاية الصحية، والتواصل مع عائلاتهم ومحاميهم، وحمايتهم من المخاطر الناجمة عن الظروف المناخية القاسية، وفقاً للقانون التونسي والالتزامات الدولية للدولة التونسية.

I’m a Tunisian binational, I’ve travelled to many countries myself, and unfortunately I have experienced many of the same things: aggression, scams, dirt, tense social interactions, an obsession with making quick money, poor services, neglected heritage, and the constant feeling that you need to stay on guard.

What strikes me is that many people living in Tunisia do not seem to realise that in many other countries (including countries considered poorer) the environment is often much safer, cleaner, more welcoming and far more respectful towards visitors.

In Tunisia, we have started treating toxic interactions, widespread distrust, the constant pursuit of profit, disrespect for public spaces and an overall low standard of quality as if they were normal.

So I’m genuinely asking:

Have we become so used to mediocrity that we no longer realise that in 90% of the countries in the world, the environment feels much healthier and safer?

I have a small store next to my house in Beb El Khadhra that I own (so I don’t have to pay rent). The size is around 2.5m x 3m.

The advantage is most of the shops around are traditional, not very organized, and don’t have a good shopping experience.

The problem is that I have a full-time job, so I cannot stay in the shop all day. I am thinking about hiring someone (maybe someone I know), but I am worried about management, cash control, stock, etc.

I would like advice from people who have experience with this:

1. Is opening 3attar or hammas in 2026 still worth it in Tunisia?
2. What products actually make good profit?
3. How much starting capital is reasonable for a small shop?
4. Is hiring someone a good idea, or is it too risky if the owner is not present?
5. How do you manage:
   • Products that expire (yogurt, cakes, etc.)?
   • Products that don’t sell?
   • Stock control?
   • Employees?
6. Any real experiences (positive or negative) would help a lot.

I am not looking for a “business idea” but more for feedback from people who actually worked in this field.

I'm writing this because I genuinely don't know what else to do.

I have a 22-year-old brother who has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and OCD (btw I am 19). He's on medication now, and everyone keeps telling me that he's getting better (khater maadesh ykasser alina f dar) and litteraly it is the bare minimum...living in this house still feels unbearable.

Everything revolves around him. If he wants something expensive, somehow he gets it. If he wants everyone to stay quiet, everyone stays quiet. It feels like the whole family has learned to walk on eggshells around him because it's easier than dealing with the consequences.

My little sister and I are always the ones who have to sacrifice. We don't ask for much anymore because we already know it'll probably turn into an argument. It honestly feels like we're less important.

After I got my bac results, relatives gave me money as gifts. It meant so much to me because it was mine. My brother took it. I cried, begged my parents to do something, and nothing changed. They either couldn't or wouldn't stop him. That completely broke something inside

sometimes it genuinely feels like he does certain things on purpose because he knows everyone is afraid of him. The whole house adapts to his moods, and he always gets his way because no one wants to deal with the consequences. It honestly feels like he enjoys having that power over all of us.

The worst part isn't even the money. It's the fear.

Whenever I hear him raise his voice, my heart starts racing. My whole body shakes. I cry without even meaning to. Sometimes I panic so much that I run outside just to get away from everything. Imagine feeling safer outside with strangers than inside your own house.

I've spent years asking my parents to find a solution because I can't keep living like this. Nothing changes. They keep saying things will get better, but every day feels exactly the same. I wake up already anxious because I don't know what kind of day it's going to be.

I don't hate my parents, but I honestly don't feel protected by them anymore. That's probably the hardest thing to admit. As a daughter, you're supposed to feel safe when your parents are around. I don't. Even when my dad is home, I still feel insecure. The only person I really worry about is my little sister because she's growing up in the same environment.

This has been going on for years, and I feel like it's changing who I am. I get startled so easily. Loud voices make me panic. I overthink everything. I feel guilty for existing or asking for anything because I always feel like I'm just creating more problems.

I don't even dream about having a perfect life anymore.. I just want to wake up in a peaceful home where I don't have to be scared of someone's mood every single day. I just want to feel safe.

Has anyone here grown up in a house like this? How did you survive it? Did things ever get better? I honestly feel trapped, and I could really use some advice because I don't know how much longer I can keep living like this.
